The best service you could ask for. We had a heater down on the coldest night and he made a special trip after hours to fix it so my kids would be warm. He was kind ,polite ,and professional. Even entertained my kids goofy questions. Recommend JbJ heating and air 100 times over. -

Joel was very polite, professional, and punctual. I called to get my AC evaluated because my house was not cooling. Joel, returned my call very quickly and was able to come out to my house the same day to figure out what was going on with my AC unit. I needed my evaporator coil replaced. Joel was able to write up and proposal and came out the next morning to come replace the coil. He always showed up on time and communicated effectively. Will definitely be recommending his service in the future. -

Cannot say enough about Joel and JBJ Heating and Air. My wife and I were scheduled to fly out Thursday AM, and after a very long day at work I arrived home at 8pm to find a thermostat set at 76 and a temp of 82 in the house. I called 8 Open 24 hours companies on Google with most of them saying sorry we stop calls at 8pm. Huh? The ninth call was to JBJ.The owner answered the phone, and by this time I wasnt even really that polite, expecting yet another lazy provider. NOPE - all he said was, man Im only about 30m away, Ill be right over.Joel showed up, professional, mannered, and completely respectful of our home. Now 9:30 he proceeded up to the attic, and 15 minutes later came down and said its a clogged drain, Ill clear it. He did tell us we had a bad kill switch and offered to replace, and of course wanted him to have the work at this point.Thought he was done, happy to have cool air flowing and pay this man, but last minute he asks if he can check the whole system including freon. All good.Time to pay. How much? Its after 10pm now and its LESS THAN $200.If youve been in this situation - you know the desperation and I would have written this man a check for a $1000 that night. There is a serious lack of people wanting to work. And Im handy and all that, but I dont know HVAC and if he said it needs a new compressor - who am I to argue or question at 10pm?All this to say: this is a solid, honest solopreneur trying to build his business. Give Joel a try - you will not be disappointed in him or his service. -
