He diagnosed the problem quickly and presented us with multiple ways to go about fixing it. He gave us alternatives to try before just telling us we had to replace the whole unit. Hes very reliable and trustworthy, always showed up when promised and cleaned up after himself. Hopefully we dont need any AC work anytime soon, but if we do well definitely be calling Mark! -
