After a bad experience with First Degree Heating and Air, JT refrigeration came to the rescue..I bought a new unit from 1st degree only to have a pinhole leak the first season to which 1st degree did nothing about....I contacted JT refrigeration and his tech Justin came out and fixed my leak right away and added freon....which is all I wanted from 1st degree...JT refrigeration rocks and the cost of their freon is affordable...1st degree charges 100 a pound which is outrageous....THANK YOU JT REFRIGERATION..IM COOL....AS IS MY FAMILY -

Candace, We do not have a plumbing department, we do not do plumbing work, and we do not have an answering machine. We use an answering service that answers the phones 24 hours a day. Please reconsider your review, as it can not be accurate. -
