    Our heater suddenly had an issue, and Ivy Air had a tech out within an hour to investigate. Charlie was able to identify the issue and completely resolve it within 1.5 hours of arriving. He explained everything very well and made sure we were seeing improvement before he left. 10/10 would recommend!

    Called early this afternoon & was told Charlie could be here between 6& 8pm. Was here more like 5pm. He diagnosed the surface problem & got heat back up & running this evening. I need more work done than he could do tonight but feel like I can pretty well trust Ivy Air from recommendations made by general public & a really good friend who has used them for years. Google reviews are really good too. Charlie is very friendly, seems knowledgeable & showed me pictures of problem areas with my unit & explained things well.

    Ivy Air is my go to for all things AC related year round! I’ve been calling on them to fix my AC unit and do regular maintenance for the last 5 years and it’s been absolutely fantastic! Even when I had catastrophic failure they came through and brought my system back up for a reasons price. And Charlie is wonderful to work with and always answers the call and schedules quickly.     Mold Dog Knows referred me to Ivy Air, and I am so glad they did! Kelson, a true HVAC pro, came out the same day I called, and together we diagnosed that the source of what was making me sick in my newly purchased house was an 18-year-old furnace. He got it replaced a couple of days later, added some air scrubbers, and within the hour, the air quality was better than it has ever been. I bet I have the best indoor air quality in all of Dallas County!

    From start to finish the Ivy Air team have been great. We did a lot of research, checked their reviews, and are happy we decided to have Ivy Air replace a 30 year old ac unit and replace very old venting and roof vents. They had competitive pricing and communicated quickly. They were also diligent about communicating all aspects of the job before and during, and cleaned up the job site at the end of every day. Having a city inspector tell you that they did an exceptional job was a nice bonus

    Replaced a thermal expansion valve, capacitor, and fan blade on my A/C system. Answered the phone very quickly. Came next day to come up with a solution. Order the parts day of and fixed it 2 days later. Service was fantastic, informed, and professional.1/20/25. I had a condenser fan and high voltage wire replacement. Problem was found and fixed within 2 hours. Very good price and service.

    We recently had to have our evaporator coil replaced. We tried going with another company and I am incredibly thankful my instincts to get other insights and quotes kicked in...we contacted Justin at Ivy Air and he came out that day and diagnosed the issue as well as another that the other company didnt catch and was able to confirm that our coil was under warranty where the other company did not. His team was able to get our coil replaced and installed very quickly and affordably! I highly recommend Ivy Air for your AC and Heating needs!!!Thank you guys so much!

    We called and asked Joe with Ivy Air if he could come out to see why our unit has not been cooling anywhere near enough. He was in our area, so he fortunately was able to come by right away. He did a great job explaining that it was low on freon. He recharged it and it works great. Hopefully it will last us thru the hot summer. The price was extremely reasonable and we appreciate the prompt friendly service. Definitely recommend using them for large & small services. 5 stars out of 5!

    My heating suddenly stopped working and when I checked the Valpak envelope, I saw companies offering tune-ups for much more than Ivy Airs $39.95, which led me to believe that a repair would be more reasonable with them. I got an appointment for next day (not urgent) and technician Justin was on time. A delightfully friendly and professional young man. He checked the unit and concluded it was the flame sensor that just needed cleaning. This wouldve been done during a tune-up, so thats all he charged for. I saw other reviewers mention that they appreciate not being ripped off. I totally share their opinion.

    Cant say enough good things about Ivy Air. Weve called them on 2 occasions for issues going on with heating and cooling. Both times the scheduling was easy and quick, super knowledgeable technicians showed up, all problems were resolved before they left, and NEVER any upsells to pad the invoice. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the first technician who replaced the coil and today Donny came out to service the equipment. BOTH techs were extremely pleasant, respectful and honest.I am a home inspector and I am around a LOT of contractors every day. I have no problem sending my clients to Ivy Air for any HVAC service needs.

    Just had my bi-annual check-up by Ivy Air tech, David, & was one of best Ive I had ever!!!!1. He suggested a new way to condense my 4 air filters to 2 that has 6 month life span, so only change at bi-annual service check-up.2. he found that my chlorine tablets that Ive been putting in my secondary pans for ever to keep drain lines clean has caused them to rust thru3. Most importantly, not in his job description, found a roof leak thats pretty bad that Id never known about if it werent for David!!!!Very appreciative to Ivy Air & David for today!!!!God Bless, Paul

    Last fall I signed up with Charlie for Ivys semi-annual inspection program, and it was time to get our AC checked out. Charlie found a leak in our evaporator coil, which is 14 years old. We decided to recharge the system and buy some time to eventually plan for a new unit. Since we didnt service our AC last year, it was impossible for him to estimate the degree of the leak. I like this company and the way they approach working for their customers!

    Great service and definitely not one of those other companies trying to sell you something. In the summer of 2022 our home system (over 15 years old) was going out. Other companies wanted to sell us systems with all the bells and whistles which wasn’t needed. Ivy came and offered several options without all the extras and explained them all. We went with something in between. Was way cheaper than the other companies. Ivy was able to install quickly and was a true life saver that summer.It’s been a year since they installed and the system has been working great. Highly recommend them and refer them to others.

    This company did me a solid. My AC stopped cooling the house. They scheduled Charles to come out the same day I called them. The high today was at least 107 F and my house was already in the low 80s when I called.When Charles arrived, he perform a quick inspection and checked maintenance items. After that he quickly isolated the issue and resolved it. The temperature in my house had already dropped three degrees by the time he was wrapping up.It was a pleasure to do business with Ivy Air and I whole heartedly recommend them.

    We have now used Ivy Air twice. Once for an A/C unit cleaning and system update, and most recently they installed a new A/C outdoor unit, furnace in our attic, and updated the outdated system. Since my home is older, parts were harder to find and it made sense to update what we could. Although times are hard financially on a lot of people, Ivy Air gave us the best package deal. How good are they? Well, upon inspecting the A/C system, they told me some pipes were going to have to be replaced because they were the wrong size. However, their team double checked and turned out I had the correct size of pipes already installed. Instead of leaving me with an unnecessary 1200 charge, they told me it would not be necessary to change the pipes. Ivy Air is a true honest business that doesn’t try to up sell and over charge. Thanks Ivy Air for helping us out as much as possible!

He found mold in my system and promptly cleaned it out and put in a UV light to prevent it from coming back. He is on time and is very thorough.     This company is very timely, fair, and professional.I called them end of business on a Monday for a spring tune up in the next few days. They quickly said they can get us in the next afternoon.The next day Justin called early to go over our appointment, that I wanted to have him advise on a new thermostat, and hed come out later to install it. He also gave a more accurate window when he should be at the house and made sure that was still good.The tune up went fine, he went over thermostat options, left his card, and told me to reach out with any issues.Well the next day (3 days in this timeline) I went to Lowes around noon, picked up the thermostat, and called Ivy back. They had Justin scheduled for the next morning.Prices are beyond fair, customer service has been great, and we will use this company as our HVAC go to for the foreseeable future!

    If you need HVAC services, stop searching and call Ivy Air. Needed a/c repaired (commercial) and they had Charlie out the same day to check it out. The part needed was on back order by the manufacturer, but Charlie was able to find the part elsewhere and had me back up and running the very next day. Throughout the the entire experience, I never once felt like “just another customer”. I really felt that getting my a/c repaired in a timely manner was equally as important to them as it was me.

    Since 2020 I have had air-conditioning problems during the heat of the summer. I’ve had multiple companies out each and every year cents. This year, 2023, I called Justin Ivy and asked him if he would come out and see if he can figure it out. Justin scheduled me Friday to come out on Saturday. He came out Saturday checked the system over and decided that my compressor was not going into its second stage. Justin told me the board on the outside unit was bad. He picked up another board Monday and came out Monday evening at 7 PM at night and replaced the electronic board. My air conditioning has dropped 10° and the humidity levels have decreased. I would definitely recommend this company because they have finally fix my problem after three years of other multiple companies that could not. Service contractors of Texas came out wrote us a bill and then they submitted a false report to our home warranty and so our home warranty would not cover are repairs.     We’ve had a problem unit since we bought the house, we were calling out the installation company at least once a year for repairs so we decided to try someone else. We are glad we did.     My furnace went out the day before a freeze and Donny arrived within a few hours of calling. He was very patient and answered all of my questions which was very much appreciated since it was a last minute call that evening! Earlier in the day I was told by another company that the blower motor went out and needed to be replaced and they quoted almost 2k. I did a quick google search on the part and the average price was around $600 and they were a little annoyed when I started asking questions. When Donny came out he let me know the blower motor was fine, but the capacitor was no longer sealed properly so it needed to be replaced and that would cost less than $200. Luckily, Donny had a capacitor on hand so he swapped it out and the furnace was up and running in no time!

    Our air conditioning stopped working Sunday evening and I called Ivy Air because of the good reviews.     I originally called because we were getting mold in our pantry. The mold companies suggested there might be something wrong in the attic. When I went up to check it out, I noticed a lot of condensation on our HVAC and that the drip pan was almost rusted out. They were out the next day to clean our filthy coil and coated the drip pan so it wouldnt rust. Our HVAC also wasnt cooling the house, and they were again out next day and had it fixed within an hour.     I have known about Ivy Air for less than a year however, I will use this company as long as I can. Not only do they have an amazing service program that will keep your AC and heater running during all season, but they are fair and honest as heck.I called out Ivy Air because I was having an issue with my home cooling. Someone was there in less than 6 hours to help me out. They diagnosed the problem, quoted me, and gave me a temp fix. They even told that that my home warranty might cover it. They said to file the claim and if AHS didnt cover it they would put the money I had already paid them to come out toward my repair! In the end, much to everyones surprise, AHS is going to cover it.Regardless, every time I have an issue with my AC or Heat I will call Ivy Air. First time, every time.     Lets face it, we push this service call off for as long as we can. I have two units and a two story home. This year I called Ivy Air again as I have slow leaks in my system on both units and it usually only last a year. Initially just had then check the downstairs unit to which only needed a capacitor and he even went up and changed the filters for my mother in her 70s Thanks Justin! So when it started getting in the 110s I called to have him come and look at the other unit, it has a leak and needed 5 lbs of the old r22, and of course replacing the unit on the spot is just not feasible. Needless to say the r22 is expensive but he quickly assessed and gave me some additional options, as well as a grace period on some features to help permanently solve my yearly issue.     Ivy Air came out to help is with our Air conditioner unit as it was not cooling sufficient .they did an outstanding job,they took care of our problem the same day, they were polite and Courteous and showed excellent customer service .we will definitely be calling them again in the future if we ever have any other issues with our AC Unit!     If youre looking for a company and dont know if you should call this one, stop looking and call these guys. After noticing my air conditioner wasnt cooling as good as it used to, I did some research on A/C companies and God as my witness, called Ivy Air only because of the stars on google. I am glad I did. Charlie was really professional, gave me thorough explainantion of what all was going on with my system, and even after laying out the pricing for different options, never once did he seem pushy like a salesman. This allowed me to gain his trust and really pay attention to what he was explaining. He proceeded to doing a great job all around and left everything working well. Thanks Charlie and thanks Ivy Air. I will refer you all to anyone looking for an A/C company and will call back should I need something in the future.
