Let me just say, this company is more than an A ++ rating. I have searched for 2 years for someone to fix the electrical issues in the front of my house. He was the only one that was able to fix it. My ac bill was running 2~300.00 a month , just running all the time. He was able to come out and replace my inside ac. It does not run all the time. It’s actually cold. His prices are amazing. I normally don’t write reviews, he deserves it. This company is a 100 out of 10 .

Late last night my heater stopped working ,in our home. And with these freezing temperatures we didn’t think we make it in the cold, so we searched up hoping to find someone to come out in the middle of the night, an we found Infinity Air conditioning &heat. They were here so fast, mr. Erasmo found the problem , luckily he had the part in stock in his Vehicle. And in the matter of couple hours he had my heater up and running. My family and I are great full and this will be our to go to company. Highly recommend. Thank you

Erasmo came out late because we were getting hot and couldnt cool off. He determined the problem was the coil and condenser were both shot! Got the parts we needed the next day and got it running like new! Very courteous, clean and detailed! Great price too! Thanks to Infinity Air, my hot wife is cool once again!

My furnace suddenly stopped working on this cold weather! Infinity Air Conditioning & Heating LLC came out immediately. Erick quickly identified the issue, needed replacement. Did HVAC replacement. I’m very satisfied with the entire process, explained everything clearly, and installed the new system efficiently and completed the job efficiently! I’m very impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC replacement.

Called and Erasmo came out that very morning to fix the issue. Not only is he fast but very professional at his work, takes the time to not only explain what the problem is but also shows you where it is. I also love the fact that he doesnt try to upset you anything unless it is something that is absolutely needed or might be a problem in the future. I definitely recommend infinity air conditioning & heating!!!!!

Last summer our AC went out. We have babies and were worried about the heat. Erasmo came out and fixed our AC the same day to really save the day. For unrelated work, another contractor came out to work on our roof and complimented the quality of the installation of our AC unit. We liked his work so much we asked for a fresh air intake and a whole house dehumidifier. Both of which have reduced the allergens in our house which is a big deal in Texas! We can now enjoy cool and dry inside without any worries. Erasmo was very responsive and informative throughout the entire process and very intentional about his work from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We called after 9 at night when we knew something was wrong with our AC on a Thursday night. Erasmo was over quickly, was able to diagnose the problem and fortunately the parts we needed were in stock! The next morning he was on the job early and by that afternoon had the unit running better than ever! The pricing was great and now were setting up a routine maintenance schedule with them so we can avoid this issue in the future!Thank you Infinity air and heat!!!

This is a very professional company with no hype; just reasonable prices and careful quality work. If you believe any testimonial, believe this one; I have dealt with several AC companies in my life and have not been nearly as pleased as I was with infinity air.

Got a recommendation from a friend when I thought we had a simple issue at the beginning of summer. It ended up that we needed a new a/c unit all together. My landlord got multiple quotes and decided to go with the original infinity air. When you get something so pricey it’s scary. They provided a nice warranty but you just never know until the time arises if they will truly honor it. Here we are 8 months later and it is the best unit I’ve ever had but then this morning it started making sounds amd the heater had stopped working. and just so happens to be one of the coldest nights yet this year. I called at 6:55am and it sounded like I may have woke him up, but he was here a little over an hour later and fixed it. The problem was the very expensive nest thermostat I bought. (Do not recommend) he replaced my thermostat at no charge because we never originally got the one that came with it and then my family was warm again. I’ve absolutely loved our new unit but this customer service takes it beyond pretty much any customer service I’ve ever experienced. 10 stars!

This is my 2nd time using Infinity to fix my ac. Highly recommend to everyone. Very prompt and took time to look at everything. I couldnt vellbe more please!In 14 Years of owning my house I have had at least a dozen different companies come fix things on my ac unit. All always expensive!My best friend recommended that I try Infinity. I could not be more pleased!! They came right out and thoroughly went through my unit finding issues a guy the week before did not even bother looking at. INFINITY looked at EVERYTHING taking photos and pointing out anything that I needed to be aware of. Price for repair was fraction of what I am used to paying. Today, May 2023 it is fixed!!!!! Erasmo is a God send and HVAC licensed! I am so happy that I went up to Infinity Air Conditioning and Heatings Van to see if he could help me. He was finishing up at a neighbors home and I grabbed his business card to schedule an appointment. Back in December 2022, my blower motor needed replacement. I had a completely different Company come in, whom said they were HVAC licensed, whom completely messed up the blower motor fan wheel by being unexperienced . Found out that the different Company was not legally licensed through TDLR and just a handyman trying to make some bucks. I wish I would have had met Erasmo, owner of Infinity Air Conditioning & Heating, back in December. He will be my go-to licensed HVAC Pro from now on. Darcie Brown Fort Worth
