    I ordered a particular size of air filters for my AC system that were not available online. Indoor Air had to go to several resources to get the number of filters requested. They found them and promptly shipped them to me. I am impressed and appreciate their resourcefulness and promptness in obtaining the filters for me.Great company!     Whenever I have a problem with my air conditioning (or plumbing, or my whole house filtration system) I always call Indoor Air. They always show up on time and make a point to keep the work space clean while doing the work and when the job is done. And since I’m old school, they’re more than happy to provide an itemized statement and accept my check in the mail. I’ve used Indoor Air, Inc. for years and have no plans to do otherwise.

    Indoor Air has been taking care of our homes since the 1970s - three different homes, many service calls, many replacements - always great experiences. Everyone in their company is dependable, honest, friendly and helpful. We have always felt that we could trust their recommendations and been very pleased. And most importantly - they always answer their phone - they will come repair your AC - even if it is July4th! We will never call anyone else!

    Have used Indoor Air since 2016 when we purchased & remodeled our home. They have always treated us fairly and listen carefully to each request. In this instance we needed more air in wife’s bath and dressing area. They installed new ductwork that immediately improved the quantity and quality of airflow. Price and time were reasonable and completed before estimates. They do each job with goal of improving our relationship. 5- Stars!!

    I’ve used Indoor Air for 30 years. They work to get their service people to your home as quickly as possible. When the service person arrives, he has your complete history of any appliance.     I wanted to share my positive experience with Indoor Air - they are truly exceptional! Ive relied on them for all my HVAC needs and recommend them to anyone needing similar services. I first connected with them back in 2005 when our compressor broke down. It was a stressful time for us since we had just moved into our River Oaks home and had a newborn baby. However, the team at Indoor Air came to our rescue and fixed the issue quickly. Since then, weve moved twice but never had to switch to another HVAC service provider.
