I called Incredible Air Conditioning yesterday because my A\C stopped working. He showed up at my house in less than an hour and had my system back up and running within minutes. Christian is very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy he explains to me what the problem was and how it can be prevented. I will definitely continue to reach out to him any for A\C needs and yearly maintenance. Really appreciate his honesty and professionalism.

We have had Cristian with Incredible AC do our bi-yearly service on our AC/heating as well as install a mini split system in our home. He is very professional, responsive and has done great work for us. Cristian explains thoroughly what work needs to be done and what can wait until a later date. We are very happy with Incredible AC’s service and will use them in the future!

My husband and I just had Incredible Air Conditioning out to service one of our units and Christian was awesome! It was our lucky day and he happened to have small time in between appointments and made time for us to come by within a few hours and fix it! He was very thorough and even noticed we had too much frion in the unit and adjusted it to the correct levels. He saw our house was listed and did a thorough look at the units to ensure they were up to code. He was so kind and friendly, and most importantly HONEST. I have a lot of respect for honesty, loyalty, and just overall good service. He’s definitely one you’d one to keep in your contacts for emergencies which I plan to do. He gets at least 5 stars and wish I could give him 10.

Jun 2021: Call in the morning and was surprised they could get to me that same day. Very professional and down-to-earth. Answered all my many questions and willing to explain things. Checked out my A/C system for other issues for preventive maintenance instead of just doing the bare minimum to get out of here. I would definitely recommend and have already recommended them to one of my neighbors having cooling issues.update, Aug 2023:Cristian is great! Yet again he was able to work me into his schedule same day and get my AC to keep up with the triple digit weather. Always friendly and helpful. When things cool off, I will have him come back to fix some poor air flow to a couple of my front bedrooms. Thank you again, Cristian!

I can’t recommend Incredible A/C enough! I’m highly impressed by the professionalism exuded by Cristian and his team. It was time to replace my AC unit and Cristian was very personable and took his time to answer all of my questions and educate me appropriately as a customer. He was able to get me serviced FAST and was punctual with every encounter. The install went smoothly and we are now comfortable and prepared for these brutal Texas summers! I love what they stand for-again, I highly recommend these guys!

Christian is very professional, responsive, and honest! We have used them twice now within 2 weeks. We first reached out when our AC stoped working on a very hot day. We were tired of dealing with the continued poor service from our home warranty company and decided to source a reputable HVAC company on our own. After calling several other companies and being told it would take days, we were so grateful Christian at Incredible AC was willing to help us. He fit us in his very busy summer schedule at the last minute and got our AC running very quickly. He did not try to give us more than what was needed. We also asked him to quote a new unit and his pricing was very competitive. He worked with us and gave us an unbeatable deal. This morning his crew came out promptly and replaced our unit in 3 hours! They are friendly, efficient, HONEST, and very professional. They actually did more for us than what was quoted just to ensure our new unit works properly! If you are having AC issues this is the company to use! We are blessed to have found such a great company.

The technician texted me that same evening and said he would come to our house the next day, working us into his other appointments. He did indeed arrive the next afternoon and had our AC unit working again, and at a good price too!This is the fifth consecutive time that I have contacted this HVAC company requesting service. 5 stars all the way!!! Our A/C broke during the first heat wave this June, and had an appointment with another company that no showed. I was desperate for help and found Cristian on Next Door. He came to our house around 11pm out of the goodness of his heart to help us! Unfortunately we needed a new fan, but he made time to order it and get it in the next day and repair it!! I’m so grateful and thankful for his professionalism and kindness!! I’ll definitely be calling him with our next A/C needs!

I have a home warranty and they sent me a tech yesterday because my ac wasn’t cooling. The tech told me my compressor was “fried” and I needed a new unit. Thank God for that thing called “gut”. I listened to mine and decided to get a second opinion. Enter Christian! Not only was my compressor fine, i didn’t need a new unit. Needless to say, I’m sleeping with ac tonight. Thank you Christian for being very honest and explaining everything. I’m keeping them.**Update 8/5/20** I am knocking a couple of stars off because my ac went back to not cooling again. I’m waiting for Cristian to come back and fix it. I’ll update my review once my ac works.*Update* My AC works great now so I’m bumping them back up.
