    These guys are just awesome! I am so glad I took a friend of mine recommendation to use them. If you’re looking for a company that does what they say and tells you when it will get done it gets done. This is the company to use.     EDDIE was such a great guy when he came over to replace our old refrigerated air system. He gave a great deal on our new package. Richard and his crew installed the package. We are so happy with the service and explanation on system. Richard explained how the thermostat functioned. We want one with wifi control. And when your in your 70 to explain it and make sure you comprehend it is something else. But he made sure I was comfortable in how to use it made me go through steps by myself well he was here. The crew was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will tell others about the great service ICELAND does. Thank you guys for being such a great installer crew. Great service.     My AC unit was not cooling like it used to, due to a leak in the evaporative coils. I called Iceland Mechanical and they were able to replace the part the next day. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future. They conduct themselves in a professional manner and keep the customer informed during the repair.In addition, they price their services fairly and do not overcharge like many other HVAC companies.     Our unit wasnt working properly, We had a technician come out and fix the issue in record time with the heat weve been experiencing the past couple of days. It was such a blessing to see someone come out so quickly and work so efficiently to get our unit up and working again. We are so happy that we chose Iceland!!!

    My home was converted from Evaporative to Refrigerated System with 2 new ACs and 2 new Furnaces in 2 days.Eddie gave me a detailed presentation regarding Product, Process and Maintenance.The Crew was hardworking, efficient, and fast paced. They used drop cloths and cleaned after their work.Iceland provided excellent professional service and offered reasonable convenient financing. Eddie and Richard have many years experience and knowledge. They go out of their way to meet your individual needs and I highly recommend this company

    Iceland delivers great customer service and are very professional. Eddie and Richard (customer reps)were very helpful through the whole process of converting to refrigerated air.     We called several A/C companies and Iceland Refrigeration was the one that had the best price and was extremely responsive.They worked with our budget considering we needed 2 units and the owner always picked up his phone or would respond to you same day or within 24 hours if he could not pick up.Their team was punctual, clean and professional during the installation process.Even after we had an issue with one of the units, Iceland took care of it right away. I trusted their work but more importantly, their word. They follow through on what they promise.Great company. So glad we went with them. Choose them and you won’t regret it.

    I have had AC issues every summer since I’ve lived in El Paso and so I’m not new to the AC industry in town. These guys are by far the best! Richard came by and fixed our AC unit right up so we were no longer sweating! My kid absolutely loved watching him and he didn’t mind at all.     I have to say Eddie was very resourceful when It came down to giving my mom and I the information needed on looking for an AC unit. He had all the answers to our many questions. The installation was no piece of cake due to our old swap cooler leaving a mess behind with rusted ducts. They surprised me when the work was done within a day and a half and I must say they all did an amazing job!! I am one pleased and satisfied customer. I will definitely recommend Iceland Refrigeration to friends and family. Two thumbs up!

    Iceland is awesome! We had vent issues and a refridgerated air system that kept giving us problems. We had talked to three other companies, and they wanted to put a mini-split in the section of the house that had air flow problems. None of them wanted to go in our attic and check out our vents. They said the crawl space was two small for them to go in. I called Iceland and Eddie came by the next day and told us they would take care of our issues. Not only did they replace our refrigerated air system, but they also took care of our vent issues. They were respectful and very professional. I highly recommend them!

    We got three estimates when deciding what company to use for our refrigerated air conversion. When Eddie came out to give us our estimate, we were very impressed with his professionalism. He took time to explain things to us and didnt try to use salesman tactics to persuade us to use them instead of the other companies. He gave us a fair price and scheduled the work for the next week. When Richard and his crew arrived, they got straight to work. The work was professional and clean. When they left, you couldnt even tell that they had been there, except for the amazingly cool air coming from the vents! I would highly recommend Iceland for you HVAC needs.

    Richard came down on short notice and did a thorough examination of my broken AC. After fixing the AC, he continued to spend a lot of time inspecting and making sure that everything is running as it should. He was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, gave me tons of tips and tricks to keep my ac working efficiently and running well!

    They replaced our old units and replaced with new ones. Detected that our wate heater was leaking and made time to replace and install tank less wall unit the following day. Eddie is very courteous and gave us a good deal. Was on time. His team very professional and proficient. Would recommend this company. Tried getting quotes from other local companies, never got a call back.

    While going through a bad experience with a roofer and trying to get my HVAC installed, Eddie was very helpful and gave me some advice as far as my situation with the roofer and never pressured me to sign with ICELAND. Three months later after I resolved my situation with the roofer I called Eddie and we picked up where we left off it was clear Eddie kept me in mind as if I was a long time client. Once the project began, Richard and Marcos walked me through every detail of the job and were very informative and professional. I was convinced and impressed by the way they conducted themselves throughout the job from day one. They worked as if they were installing my HVAC in their own home.Great job guys!

    The folks at Iceland Refigeration were on time for appointment, diagnosed the problem and repaired our AC unit in the middle of a heat wave. They answered all my calls and texts promptly and went out of their way to rush the parts that needed replacing from Las Cruces. My family was sweating buckets but Eddie and Richard saved us from another day of suffering with same day repair. No complaints only praise!

    Eddie and his crew go the extra mile for their customers. I had a new heating and air unit installed as well as all new duct work. After 4 years the unit itself started leaking and freezing up. The manufacturer decided they wouldnt warrant the parts or anything else. In addition, they didnt have replacement parts. Eddie and his people were out several times replacing freon so I didnt roast while working diligently to find parts and make repairs. Eventually they got it taken care of for the price of the parts. Even though they lost money on this deal, they took exceptional care of their customer. Highly recommended!

We needed a new motor for our refrigeration which would arrive 5 days later, and we ALL know El Paso HEAT!!     My system went out on Friday because of fathers day weekend no one was working and my system was pushing the water back into my house causing it to leak through the walls of 2 rooms and the hallway Monday I called and talked to Eddie he was very professional and understanding told me he would try to get someone out to me today but just in case gave me an appointment for the next day well as Im ringing out towels and moping floors I get a phone call the repair guy is outside my fence and is her to fix my unit these gentlemen went far beyond the call of duty to help a old lady who by the way was getting her grandchildren that night 6 little ones and because these gentlemen took the time to come all the way out in socorro to fix the unit this grandma now doesnt have to keep cleaning up water and enjoy her grand babies you guys our my heros
