Roland is absolutely amazing! I had a pretty major issue with a mid-floor air duct, and his expertise was second to none in devising a plan and replacing the air-duct. His knowledge of A/C and Heating systems is remarkable! I have used him several times and he will always be our go to guy for any issues we have.

I cant recommend I Know a Guy AC enough! From start to finish, he exceeded my expectations. He is always on time, which is rare to find these days. We had such a great experience with Roland. He did our coil change and he did a great job now my AC airflow is much better than before. I am so glad I found him with a simple google search. My AC was out for 2 weeks in the august heat due to a failed warranty part that was unavailable.When the big companies failed to help out, Rolland was able to get very creative and provide a fix that works. He has a strong network of contacts that solved my problem.Very happy with service.

I’ve head horrible experience with previous guys that tried to fix my AC before. some micky mouse ac technicians that suppose to be they see teachers at ETT installed a new unit that did not work properly and created a disaster. I finally came across this amazing company. I called Roland in the evening as busy as he he was he sent somebody to get it looked at the very next day. and then he came in himself with Eddie they both were very thorough and explained everything in details and most importantly, they are very honest. There was so much work to be done; The condenser and the attic unit had to be reinstalled, there was a couple of leeks, and refill about 10 pounds of freon. They came in with a crew and did all of that in a day. And very reasonable price. I am very happy and I highly recommend.

My house is 6 years old and since we moved in day one we’ve constantly had A/C issues. I have probably hired 6-8 different technicians after the original home warranty expired. No one has really ever solved the heating cooling issues and felt like it was something I was just going to have to get used to. Well after calling Roland he not only re-wired the zone panel correctly he recommended a barometric damper which he installed. Everything works perfect now. This guy is honest and does a great job! Will be calling him moving forward.

Roland was fast, efficient, clean and helped find us the best deal on the part we needed. Even sharing pictures of his cost and where he found it to ensure we knew he wasn’t trying make a buck on the part itself. Very professional, heater fixed fast when temps were in the 30s with small child in house who was sick. He was very reasonably priced compared to the major brand repair company I had give us a quote That we couldn’t afford! He was 1/3 of that cost. I will definitely be using him and he has proven to my household that he is trustworthy and not trying to upsell everything!! You won’t be disappointed! ***update, he was called last minute last week when our AC stopped working on a 100 degree day, we came home to a sauna. He was able to get out to our house, by 10pm and have it fixed shortly after. You can’t beat the service and professionalism.

I contacted Jenny, to set up an appointment and she was friendly, professional, and set up my appointment in a timely manner. I Know A Guy AC & Heat is a great family owned business and I will definitely be contacting them for any air conditioning and heating issues in the future.

I needed a very last-minute (few hours notice) repair after the other company I had scheduled was not able to complete the job because my roof was too high. - Roland and Alejandro arrived within the agreed upon time window and were courteous and professional from the beginning. They focused on checking for basic and common issues first, rather than jumping directly into more complex/expensive repairs from the start.The entire job took less than an hour, from pulling up to invoicing and the price was very reasonable.I am very pleased and would definitely recommend their services.

I would highly recommend I Know A Guy AC and Heat! I had a leak in my evaporator coil and did my research in what different companies would charge to replace it. Not only did IKAG’s estimate come in under what the other guys were quoting, but they also ran larger ductwork to my bedroom so that it would cool quicker. Oh yeah, did I mention that this work was cheaper than an evaporator replacement from other companies? A week later, Roland came by and checked to see how everything was. He fine-tuned the balances of the duct work to make sure the master bedroom was getting to cold temperatures. I will definitely take them up on any future HVAC projects or issues that I come across. Also, did I mention that he worked in our attic on the hottest day of the year? Thank you Roland for your hard work and thoroughness with our project!!!

WAIT!!! If you are taking time to read this review, then you my friend have made a great decision... Let me tell you about Roland and Eddie and how AWESOME these guys are... They both came very professional and nice. Customer service skills were impeccable. They actually walked me through EVERYTHING they did as they did it. Heck! I feel like I can do this stuff now(ok, thats pretty far fetched, but you get my meaning lol).. I cant tell you how much my wife is THANKFUL for what they did today with our ac. And they charged a very fair price! Listen, LOOK NO FURTHER!!! If you dont have this company and these professional guys keeping you in great ac temperature, YOU SHOULD! I will definitely have this company and these two coming to service my existing ac unit for years to come...They have a customer for LIFE!....I am about to tell ALL of my friends!!!! Great service from this company. They came out, took a look at my ac, which needed a new part, and gave me a quote on the spot with no attempts to upsell me on stuff I didnt need. I really appreciate the speediness in picking up the part (within 2 hours) and fixing my air during one of the hottest days of the year. Highly recommended!!! 👍

Had them come out and add refrigerant to our RV AC/heat pumps. These are sealed units, they added service taps and refrigerant. Both units are now cooling like new units. Thanks!

He was at my house within 30 mins from his call at 6:30am. He worked with me. He had it up and running in no time at all. He also helped me deal with home warranty idiots for an hour to make sure I was getting reimbursed for the work he did and I paid for.He will be number guy when I need something.He is also a veteran which is also who I support as a military spouse past, present, and future.If you need it done he can do it. Thank you so much for helping me while my husband was deployed.

Ive been having really high humidity in my house. During the past month, it rose to 77%!!! Because of that humidity, my AC was having a hard time cooling the house.I called IKAG AC and now my humidity is 51%. Im able to set my AC to 75 instead of 67 and still feel comfortable.Highly recommend. He came in and solved problem without offering extra things I didnt need.
