We recently moved into a new home that needed some major work on the HVAC system. The gas lines were rusted and the vents had openings that were sending cool air into the attic. The outdoor unit was also very old and making a lot of unusual, loud noises every time it turned on.After deciding to replace the entire HVAC system and getting a few bids, Elevated HVAC came back with a much better price than the HVAC companies we have used in the past.Jesse and his team came by early in the morning to get started, along with a trailer full of the new system/parts and everything they needed to do the job. They came fully prepared and never had to leave/return to get more parts or finish the job. The whole job took about 4-5 hours to replace the entire system.Since the replacement, the heating/cooling has been working much better than it did before. Even with the temperatures changing so rapidly day-to-day this winter, the system has been able to heat and cool the house accordingly and our most recent electric and gas bills look to have gone down because of the higher efficiency of the new equipment.Well definitely be reaching out to Jesse and Elevated HVAC again in the future for repairs, maintenance, etc. based on our excellent experience with the new system install!

Best recommendation I have ever been given! Jesse and his team were on time, quick and gave the best customer service. They replaced both the inside and outside AC units and water heater in my mother’s home all while beating out all other competitors! Jesse was very attentive and made sure everything was correct by coming in himself after his guys left to ensure we were pleased with the work and services provided. I was using another company and I became not satisfied with their work and prices so I called AAA Refrigeration. They were very courteous and got to me a new customer on the same day I called. That was Great!! They were even able to get parts for my units that they other company we used said were obsolete and unavailable also their prices on parts were about half the price as the other company we used. All in all Im very happy with the service I received and my True freezer and Atosa prep-cooler are now working great.

Super happy with the work done by AAA. We had two other companies out over the last 8 months and all they could come up with was bills. Never actually fixing my mini split unit in my garage. AAA spent one hour diagnosing the issue. Ordered parts and was fixed to blow ice cold again in just an hour after getting the parts. Unbelievable professionalism by their technicians. I contacted Elevated HVAC, after my unit stopped working. Jesse came out and diagnosed the issue the SAME DAY. Within 24-hours things were up and running and I wont have to freeze to death during this crazy weather. Honest. Reasonable. Prompt. I highly recommend and will be using for future routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements.

This is a trustworthy and professional company! My AC went out in 100 degree weather, it was 90 degrees inside the house! I requested service at 11am and had gotten a response with an hour. Eric came same day and accessed the AC, he explained to me what happened and what was wrong with the AC. He fixed it and didnt overcharge me like some other companies would for emergency appointments.

Triple A was an amazing company to work with!!! At almost 9mths pregnant in the middle of the summer, their technician Scott came out at almost 8pm and fixed the ac. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied & were extremely friendly!!! Awesome customer service!!! I highly recommend them for all your AC and Refrigeration needs!!!

Much better than Mid-Fla whose rep wanted to charge me $600+ dollars to change the contacts, a capacitor and a start capacitor. Well the start capacitor is only needed when the regular goes out, so there was no need for a new one there. The capacitor and contacts were less than $70 and it took less than an hour to install. Ive since purchased an entire unit for a different rental property from AAA. Thank you Buddy!
