THE BEST EVER!!!! We had been having issues with our heating system for years and had been told by another HVAC company that our units would need to be replaced. HVAC Express was recommended to us and they came out the same day I called! Not only that, but they did some troubleshooting and let us know that the units did not need to be replaced! They got our units working again just in time for the freeze coming this evening. We are so grateful for the professionalism, compassion and expertise shown by Al, Carson and the whole team at HVAC Express!

I’m so pleased with the service we received from this company. Our AC went out during the summer heat. HVAC Express came in after we had a big name Austin HVAC company give us some outrageous numbers for getting our system up and running again. With about an hour of inspection and reading gauges attached to my AC unit, Al diagnosed the problem and replaced a part that restored the temperature of my home, saving me thousands of dollars. I will for sure be using HVAC Express for my HVAC maintenance and repairs moving forward.

HVAC EXPRESS has taken care of my home unit for years. Al Fisher came out recently and not only cleaned out my drain hose, he went the extra mile and installed a very convenient bypass valve I can easily access from right inside my interior door that house my a/c/heater unit. The installers of my Goodman heat pump in 2006 failed to frisée the need and did not install this. I really appreciate the extra effort by Al in doing such a great job! Now I can easily access this drain valve and pour bleach down the drain to keep the fungus and mold from building up and clogging my drain which used to back up the drain water and cause my unit to shut off.Thanks, All And all at HVAC. They got everything out, installed and had the new unit up and running by a little after 8pm. Which I really appreciate as we have two young kiddos who needed to go to bed. Al was...relentless is the correct adjective...his first trip in figuring out what was wrong after a previous very competent maintenance individual had put in a new compressor and new A/C closet parts and the A/C still didnt work. He again was relentless the next day in figuring out why, after the cooling hed achieved the first trip, the thermostat and indoor fan werent doing A/C vent flow shutdown once the 79 target temperature had been achieved. Others might have been stumped. So ended 156 rather miserable hours of lost A/C during the streak of 100+ weather, Austin summer 2022, with indoor afternoon maximums reaching 86-92 and early morning minimums bottoming at 83-85 despite a portable A/C unit really only effective for a small work and sleep area. Thus yielding a very grateful resident.
