Robert was extremely thorough with the entire inspection and explanation of the house and HVAC unit. I think its commendable when the time is taken to go over everything that was checked and evaluated. Plus he kindly answered my not so knowledgeable questions. I appreciated the patience he took with me in explaining the HVAC products. Im old and have never had to do an expensive replacement such as this, so it will be an interesting experience.

These guys are A+ and my new to-go HVAC company. My air conditioner stopped working on a day that was over 100 degrees. I called that morning and they were able to send a technician that same day. Zeke and Robert showed up right on time. I explained the problem and they got right to work trying to figure out what was wrong. They quickly identified the problem and gave me a quote. I approved it and they fixed it right away. They also cleaned that and my other unit. They suggested the Diamond Club Membership that I signed up for and it ended up saving me a considerable amount of money. I was especially grateful for that! They were professional and respectful. Overall, great service!

I called HVAC Experts today for an issue with my AC. The first person on the phone was very nice and asked if I had checked the breakers, and I had before calling. The AC was running but wasn’t putting out cold air. Luis arrived, and got right to work troubleshooting the issue. Luis got out his gauges and started looking at the numbers on the line going in, the line going to the AC. Luis added a little Freon, and advised the system was probably over working due to the triple digit temperatures. Luis recommended going to a temperature a little higher during the day so the unit doesn’t have to work so hard. I like the strait forward not pulling any punches. You have to be able to let the unit take a rest so it’s not running all the time. Thank you HVAC Experts for the excellent response and service.

So I have been having lots of issues with my mini-split system and called HVAC Experts to see what is going on with this system. After the technician came out and diagnosed the system. It was discovered that the system has a defect and since the system is still under warranty it was best to have the whole thing replaced under warranty. So I appreciate the technician and all his hard work not to mention the peace of mind. I look forward to hopefully have this unit replaced.

Having a sales personnel schedule and within the same day managing technician Jordan Sheehan. It was great I didn’t have to wait more time without my ac unit not working. I was concerned a pound the technicians arrival that i would arrive late to my work, but to my surprise the Jordan was very professional and right away less then 20 min he had a resolution for me. I also like that he was familiar with my model and gave advice of it being an old model he recommended services I can have done for maintenance. The Jordan was not pushing the need to sale but did advise it is something that I would need once my units goes out since my unit is old. The response time was amazing! Our heater quit working properly just as the temperature was in the 20’s outside. Joe was very friendly and professional and had the heater going again in just a few minutes. Everyone at HVAC was so friendly and helpful.. from the office staff to the technician. Highly recommend anyone needing assistance with heating or ac to give them a call!
