    My husband and I ended up contacting Gary and Michelle at HMS this last summer when we were having problems with our AC we didnt know any heat and air services in our area since we moved to Aubrey the end of Dec 2023, and they got us worked in on a schedule within very short time this past summer and it was extremely hot but they came and helped us out immediately.Weve also have had them do a couple other jobs for us since then and were very pleased with their excellent level of service and a bonus they are reasonably priced. I highly recommend them, and we will continue to do business with them. They earned a loyal customer.

    HMS was very efficient and provided great customer service. I had a issue with my a/c and they were able to come out right away and resolve the issue to get my home back up and running. I really appreciated that they educated me on my unit and were honest about the issues being minor and did not attempt to over sale me anything that we did not need.     We woke up to a freezing house today because our unit’s fan wasn’t turning on. We called HMS, and Michelle was so kind on the phone. She quickly dispatched a technician, who arrived within an hour. They identified the issue right away, and now I’m warm and cozy again. Thank you, HMS team!

    Andrew and Gary with HMS are great. They were early to our appointments, polite, and overall professional. Plus, they were respectful of our home which was super appreciated. In addition they each took time and care in answering our questions which truly meant a lot to us. Our compressor has to be replaced which our ac was assessed throughly before concluding that it was indeed was the problem; their thoroughness meant a lot to us they did not try to recommend something that was not broken and did an excellent job replacing it. Plus, it was a blessing to talk with them about faith in Jesus too. Essentially, they have most definitely have made a great impression with their honest work and are ones we plan on doing business with going from now on.

    Our a/c quit running while we were on vacation in July, and we came home to a 90° house. We called a big name company, and when they said they couldn’t come out for another four days, we called HMS because they were local.The owner came out within 2-3 hours of our call. Not only did he diagnose and fix our a/c problem, he also helped us figure out why our 3 year old unit had been having issues. My husband has hvac experience and could vouch for the integrity of the recommendation, and no pressure was put on us to have any changes made.     Wonderful experience with HMS! My A/C went out on Saturday and another contractor was to service the following Monday through Home Warranty. The other contractor (NOT HMS) could not service due to an improper install leaving me stranded without repairs. Called several other companies-all too busy and had to schedule me a week out. I called HMS and Gary took time out of his busy day to come out the same day just to check it out. He ended up getting the repairs done in such a quick turn around during the hottest weeks so far. Without HMS I would still be sweating in my house. Amazing staff, great integrity, and quick, efficient execution. Highly recommend!!

    I was in desperate need for service as my A/C wasn’t cooling enough. I had called a couple of companies prior to calling HMS and they were booked for the whole week. I found HMS on google with excellent ratings so I did not hesitate to call them. Gary listened to my problem and sent a tech right away. Derek the tech, I believe that was his name was very professional and knowledgeable. He even called me and offered to bring me a coffee because he was at the gas station filling up the tank. How is that for customer service? Anyways, he was very honest and explained to me the possible outcomes before starting to work on my A/C. It is hard to find honest people in this industry but Gary and his company are the real deal!! I am sticking with HMS for all my A/C needs from now on!!

    Our AC has been struggling the last few days and then yesterday (ironically the hottest day if the week) the AC stopped blowing cold air and the house at night was sitting at 82 degrees. With a two year old and four year old both sweating in bed I was stressed because the soonest the first two people could come by that I spoke with was Monday and its Friday night! I called Gary and he said no problem, and came over at 10:30pm to check it out. He fixed it in about 20 mins and no issues!     Gary Hays gave us great, professional service! We recently moved into a new house and when our a/c started blowing hot air, we called HMS and Gary came right out and gave a thorough investigation. He checked the attic first but was not satisfied hed found the problem until he checked our pressures outside on the compressor. Apparently serviceman (different company) put 4 lbs of extra coolant and overloaded our compressor. I so appreciate Garys honesty and the knowledge he shared with us. I will not hesitate to call on him in the future and refer all of my friends to use HMS!

    Gary knows customer service, he treats you and your home and while ac unit with care and respect. He can answer any questions you may have and is very good at explaining technical jargon in a way you can understand.
