I have an older ac unit that was leaking water / overflowing from the drip pan and overflowing out of the secondary pan. It was leaking through the ceiling underneath.I contacted Hitech A/C and spoke with Mitchel. He was out the same day to repair the unit.He was very detailed in diagnosing the problems kept me informed throughout the process. There were multitude of problems. They were courteous and professional. Very clean and did not leave debris behind.Ultimately, I will need to get a new AC unit but financially cannot afford to right away. When that time comes I will go with Hitech A/C and trust this company to provide a high level of service at a very reasonable price. It is hard to find good AC Techs. I’m happy I found this one and will be loyal. They exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond.Very grateful!

Mitchell and the crew from HiTech AC just finished installing my new AC system in the Atascocita area. They did an excellent job, arriving on time at 8 am and were completely finished before 2 pm. All were courteous and professional and make sure to clean up all the leftover debris. HiTech had kept my very problematic 19 year old system running over the last two years, but it was definitely time to replace it. Mitchell helped make what was a difficult decision for me in selecting a replacement system very straightforward with his experienced advice. He listened to my expectations and concerns, and advised accordingly.and even added in a few extras, as well as solving a few problem areas that my original system had. I would highly recommend Mitchell and HiTtech AC. They were quick, professional, answered all my questions, and very reasonably priced.

I was able to get an appointment for a technician to repair my air conditioner the same day I called. Mitchell Macias arrived on time and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had all of the parts needed for the repair with him. Within an hour we had cool air. Hitech AC is awesome!!

Our A/C went out last week and we had 4 quotes with the highest being around 22k complete system replacement. Mitchell was very professional easy to work with and beat prices of everyone. I want to thank hi tech a/c and Mitchell for coming to our rescue the day hurricane beryl hit kingwood. He detected and fixed a leak, but once that didnt work, his experience and persistence led him to discover that the part previously replaced by another company hadnt been properly installed. Highly recommend Mitchell and Eddie - their team has been hands down the best that I could ask for. I contacted almost a dozen HVAC companies over the past year, and the large guys always over-charge in order to cover their overhead costs. I called Hitech AC after noticing water damage in my ceiling and realized my ac was leaking in the attic. Mitchell came within the hour, diagnosed the cause for the leak and explained the different options we could take to fix it. I appreciate how he took the time to explain what each component did, how he would correct it, and the numerous pictures he took of the process.
