Fist off I would like to thank them for being on time. It was time to get a new AC system, and a better one. They were on time and got right to work after saying hello.The crew was very professional the whole time and answered my questions I had about the new unite. They got the job done fast, it only took them 4 hours from start to finish. They cleaned up after afterwords and took the old unit with them. Joe, explained the warranties and told me where I need to go online for them. The best thing is my house is now getting cold for once. I will be using them for all my AC need for now on. Im very satisfied with HE Mechanical Heating and Cooling.

When I had an issue come up with my thermostat, I reached out to HF as they were in Leander. I wanted to keep my business with a local company rather than some of the companies who have more of a footprint in Central, TX...Im sure you know of the ones Im talking about. I did this because I assumed (correctly) that they would provide great customer service. I called to make an appointment and was immediately referred to their scheduler. After giving information of what happened, she quickly made an appointment for later that day. You know when the service team gives you a 2 hour window, but always shows up after? This team didnt do it. They showed up right on team and sent a message they were on the way. They quickly diagnosed the problem, got the part and repaired it later. After I experienced a quick snafu, I reached out and they helped me with it immediately. Cannot express how great their customer service was/is, and how RESPONSIVE they were. Im glad to have chosen them, and will continue to do so in the future when things come up! Would highly recommend HF Mechanical Heating & Cooling.

I had a ventilation issue with my gas furnace and the gas company turned the gas off at the appliance as a precaution. After two other HVAC companies did not understand the nature of the repair, I was at my wits end and I needed the heat due to prolonged cold weather.I called HF Mechanical and they immediately understood the issue. The same day they sent out a technician who quickly diagnosed the repair needed. Saul was kind and professional, even going into the attic to double check the ventilation.I was able to pay easily from my phone using a secure a link they sent me.I will absolutely recommend HF Mechanical to anyone who needs HVAC work. I was so impressed with how quickly the technician Saul diagnosed the problem when others couldnt or wouldnt.Keep up the great work!

Our AC suddenly went out on a hot summer day, and I made one phone call, the nearest business to my home, and it was HF Mechanical. Joe answered and luckily was available to come check out the problem immediately. When Joe arrived, he was very respectful in our home. He took off his shoes, masked up, and inspected all the necessary areas. He fixed the problem within an hour and we are still pleased with the results. Joe is awesome, friendly, professional, and effective. Would totally call him again and definitely recommend him to anyone in the surrounding community. Thanks man!

Our HVAC system was clogged in the drain line which backed up into the emergency drain pan. Also, a huge chunk of the insulation detached from the duct system which resulted in a leak. We realized this issue last Saturday morning when there was a visible wet spot in our son’s ceiling. We contacted HF Mechanical and they were at our home the next morning. The two technicians were on time, they answered all of our questions with professionalism and they corrected the issues in just a couple hours.

Two and a half years ago something blew in my HVAC system and I have been without central air/heat during this time. Over the course of 2 1/2 years I have had 3 big name companies out 5 times. Each time they quickly diagnosed that I needed a new system with costs ranging from $7-10,000. So, I hunkered down with a window ac and a couple of space heaters because I just dont have thousands of dollars sitting around. This past year at school one of my students gave me a business card from HF Mechanical--Joe Hernandez is her father. I called them and Joe and Theresa came out. They actually listened to me and investigated by opening up my unit. They found a suspicious looking part, took it out and replaced it. They cleaned the coils and recharged the coolant. I now have the luxury of central air again. The part they replaced was $3.05!!! They saved me thousands of dollars! Joe and Theresa Hernandez are the people you need to do business with. They are kind and honest and this is a company that has integrity.

Joe answered the phone on the first ring at 4:45 pm and said he would be there in an hour and he was. Both he and Isaac were polite and professional. They said they would fix what they could and dont like to replace units unless absolutely necessary. They worked on it until 9:30 pm because they didnt want me to have to sleep in the heat. Pricing was reasonable even for an after hours call. I highly recommend HF Mechanical and will definitely use them again.

HF Mechanical did us a huge favor and replaced our entire system on the same day we called which happened to be a Friday. Who does that! They did not want us suffering through the weekend in this Texas heat. They recommended an upgrade from a 2.5 ton to a 4 ton as the builder installed a system that really was not capable of cooling the square footage. Very professional and friendly. 5 STAR ALL THE WAY

During this snow storm of 2021, my heat stopped working. Absolutely no one could drive to us due to the terrible conditions. Joe, the owner of the company, offered to help me over the phone. I sent him photos and he walked through exactly what I needed. My heat was ultimately fixed, but I can’t express enough gratitude for the guidance they provided. Especially during times like these, it’s nice to know an owner can car so much for their fellow neighbors.

Wow! We were going on 36 hours without AC in Texas in June. Everyone I called said minimum 3 day wait so someone told me about Joe and I called him and he came to my house within 2 hours and had the problem diagnosed and solved in about an hour.
