First off - I want to give this company six stars. I have never met an HVAC company that took their time, explained everything, and did not try to push me into buying things I was ready to buy when Hexagon.When I bought my HVAC system from a large HVAC company, I also subscribed to an annual package that gives me same-day service if there is an issue. Well, I had a problem, and it took them three days to get to anyone here, and I had to show the tech how to use the thermostat that his company had installed.The only didnt fix the problem. So, in a fit of frustration, I called Hexagon, and they were here the same day. The tech came over, was incredibly professional, took one look at my thermostat, was able to reset some alarms, went to the attic, figured out what was happening, and fixed it - all in 15 minutes. And then he asked if I minded if he just looked at my entire system. While he was up there, he even asked if I had a spare filter and changed it for me.When he was done, he showed me pictures of the condition of my system, made some suggestions - and even said, I would normally recommend you have this, but I see you have some pretty great air filters already. If you want to get rid of those at some point, call me back, and we can do this up in the attic for you.He was honest, thorough, and professional. He took his time and made sure my concerns were met, and I will be using them from now on.If you are fed up with the more prominent brands taking advantage of you and treating you like a number, call these guys - they are incredible.
