When my AC started blowing warm air and the temp inside was getting warmer than outside. I called many of the popular AC repair companies, none of them could come by with it being so late in the day (around 5pm.) I contacted Hero AC despite never hearing about them before. The Ac repair person arrived quickly despite possible traffic. He looked tired but still came by to work on it. He was nice and very polite, He told us it was a clogged AC drain line. He charged $ 100.00 but who could argue when you are desperate to get you AC working again. Although he charged us, he showed us a simple trick on how to fix it should it happen again. His helpful advice has come handy many times as it seemed to happen twice a year. At least now we know how to fix it. This is a good company because what other company would show you the simple trick on how to fix it???

My upstairs AC unit was not working, I called my home warranty people and Heros was the company sent out. Everyone was kind, courteous and friendly. They were extremely nice and worked fast to fix the problem. I will be using them for all of my future AC servicing and repairs. Great guys and did an awesome job.

Air went out on Labor Day of course. Called 2 AC services and both unable to come out right away. Called Heros and they were willing to come out right on Labor Day. We had them over following morning. Jason was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Fixed our AC inless than an hour and even cleaned the unit too.Final price for parts and labor were very reasonable! We need a new AC system and will definitely have Heros install it.

Our AC stop cooling our home. When I realized that it might be a serious issue, the awesome team and Heros came through and made us feel assured and grateful with such great service.
