    What a fantastic company!! Woke up on a Sunday morning and the house was 80. AC was not working. Filled out the form for repair online and Ronnie called within 30 minutes. He took care of my problem an hour later and I am good to go!Cannot get any better than that.Thank you

    Our home AC went out while it was 105 degrees outside so we were in a hurry to get it fixed! Ronnie was at my house within the hour of me calling. He was professional and located the issue quickly. Edgar came straight to our home as soon as he got the part required and he was also very professional and did a great job with getting my AC back up in no time.     Ronnie is an absolute saint and genuinely kind individual. We will continue to be loyal customers because of him.On a scorching hot day with temperatures in triple digits, our AC suddenly stopped working. It was already 6pm when I reached out to Heritage for help. Despite hearing a young child in the background, Ronnie immediately came to our rescue, firmly stating that no one should be without AC. Although his initial assumption about the issue was incorrect, Ronnie spent the next 2 ½ hours diligently troubleshooting until he found a solution to keep our AC running smoothly for the evening.Words cannot express how grateful we are for Ronnies exceptional service at Heritage AC. We wholeheartedly recommend him to our friends and family.

    Ronnie and Kat from Heritage are the best. They helped me with a nightmare troubleshooting and installation of new mini split ductless unit in my studio. I have had two other contractors in 3 years work on same unit and Heritage by far provided the most professional recommendations and work. Prior installer left the pipes exposed on the exterior and performed a sloppy install inside - even worse they neglected to process the warranty on the unit (Pioneer required the installer to do) so when the unit broke within warranty I had to buy another - that took a year to sort out.Once I engaged with Heritage everything moved smoothly on their end: they were professional, quick, responsive, trustworthy and reasonably priced. The installed unit looks fantastic, works like a charm, and is under warranty. Additionally, Ronnie looked at my main AC unit and made a couple tweaks to help it perform better as well.I am pleased to support a family and female owned business as well. When it is time to replace my main AC unit I will only call Ronnie and Kat. I give Heritage my highest recommendation.

    My AC failed late on a Saturday night. Ronnie came out first thing Sunday morning and was able to repair my system that morning. Ronnie took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, what needed to be fixed and did it for a very fair price. I really appreciate Ronnie coming out on a Sunday and highly recommend Heritage Air & Heating.

    My unit was not cooling properly. I called Heritage after changing from my current go to. Soo glad I did! Ronnie listened and answered all my questions honestly.     Our AC stopped working a few days before our family was to arrive for the July 4th holiday. It was 106 degrees. Edgar came at 7 am the next morning and analyzed the AC and reported to the owner. He determined we needed a new AC. He found a new AC and furnace that afternoon and Ronnie (owner), Edgar and Ronnies father who owns Roberts Air all came at 7am and we were cooling down by 1:30.BEST Service we could imagine. Highly recommend.

    Ronnie went above and beyond to help us during an ice storm in Austin. We were without heat and he tried everything to get us fixed. Big box shops were terrible and charged us for literally nothing. Ronnie is a sole proprietor and it shows - smart, thoughtful, timely and excellent communication skills - including reaching out and coordinating with our neighbors. They don’t make them like this anymore.

    Ronnie was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and even took the time to give an explanation of what went wrong, how it could be fixed, what I could expect to get for the repairs and what seemed a very reasonable cost.True to his word, he didn’t have everything needed in his van to complete the repairs but came back the next day.He will be my go to guy for all HVAC needs.

    My A/C wasnt cooling very well. He was very prompt in responding to my call, came out, checked it out and gave me his opinion. He volunteered to return later on his own. Very honest and personable young man. They will be the first company I call next time if and when I need help again with my HVAC.

    I call Heritage Heating and air at 5 am I was surprised to have someone answer it was the owner Ronnie he took all my information down and came over he found the problem quickly ordered me a new motor and had me running with in an hour now thats the type of excellent service I never recieved from other A/C services Heritage is the company I will call if I ever have any Heating or A/C problems try them out you wont be disappointed
