I loved my experience with heavy air and heat, Roy was so knowledgeable and kind to us. Other companies were slow to respond and untrustworthy. I found a diamond in heavy air and heat. I wouldnt recommend anyone else to do the job. From small fixes to major installations, he is the man for the job

Excellent service. Replaced our outside unit and the furnace in the attic. My A/C has ran perfectly ever since. I paid way less than what others were quoting me. I had quotes of $12k-$15k and Heavy Air & Heat quoted us less than $6k. I paid $500 more to cover labor for 10 years, So now we have parts and labor covered with a 10 year warranty. Roy and his crew do a great job getting it done as fast as they can without sacrificing quality.

Excellent, professional, trustworthy service. I used Roy with Heavy Air for two HVAC issues in the last 6 months. Roy was very professional, he explained the issues and options available, and was affordable. I felt I could trust him and his business completely. I had paid another HVAC company $250 for a coil cleaning, but a smell was still present. Roy cleaned it and removed the smell. Will continue to use Heavy Air in the future.

Excellent they solved my problem immediately. a lot of experience and they execute their work very quickly professionally. it is good to sleep with a comfortable temperature and they make your space more comfortable and carefree. Highly recommend Heavy Air & Heat. we call an other AC company and had told us our ac needed to be replaced. we live on a fixed income so a friend of our told us to call heavy air. they came out and found the problem with my ac and fixed it. its being 3 years and it still running.good. we call them every year to check it.

Great work, honest and clear communication. Quoted what needed to be done and answered all our questions. Other bids were cheaper, but Heavy AC had our best interest in mind and were honest. Definately would reccomend them for all your AC and Heating needs.

Nice folks. Couldn’t help me but I will say a very professional and very understanding voice. Was a pleasant conversation and I respect them so much for not being rude or ugly. I was looking for a part which is something the would be happy to install by do not sell. I respect that.
