Exceptional service, as always. Our unit wasnt blowing cold air, so I called at 8 AM when they opened. My system was back up and running in less than 2 hours. Nathan is always courteous and professional; he took time to chat about and check up on how wed been, while he was fixing the unit. It was like having a friend or neighbor come over and help you out, and their rates are more than fair. I have worked with thousands of HVAC companies in my career and personal life, and can tell who the good ones are. Lone Star Comfortaire is THE best. Make them your first and only call!

In the record heat wave of 2022 my 20 yr old A/C decided to die. It was sweltering 95 degrees+ inside the office and waiting room. I called a guy I have used over the years he came out 2 days later said I needed a new unit the compressor died and the thing old thing wasnt worth repairing. He said he would try to look for a new one. I never heard from him again. I called 2 other places and telling them I need to replace the whole system. They said their techs were more into the quick repairs (better margins). I found Lone Star on line and made a call. Lady answered the phone and when I told her what I needed and that I was trying to run a business she said that she would like the owner to come out and take a look at the system. Two hrs. later the the Owner Joe showed up and said it did need replacing and he would look into finding a find a new one. Next day he called and told he was able to find one and could have it delivered the next day and his team would install it the following day. Crew of 4 guys and Joe showed up at 8 AM and by 4 PM it was 78 degrees and dropping.In My opinion no one comes close to Lone Star Service when it comes to1. Customer Service2. Experience3. Price4. We have used Lone Star Comfortaire many times and recommend them to all of our friends and family. Owner Joe has never led us astray and Nathan is the best as well. You won’t find a more honest or reputable company out there.

Have used Lone Star Comfortaire for 20+ years now and have never been disappointed. Joe and Nathan are honest and reliable. More than once I thought I needed a new A/C unit and they determined is was a faulty connection or internal component that could be replaced for less than $100.
