Echoing what others have said — Brent is an exceptionally professional A/C repairman and awesome human being besides.I first reached out to Brent as a new homeowner at the referral of a neighbor, and Im so glad that I did. I hired Brent to check on my A/C unit twice a year. He was always communicative, and always on time (if not early)!And then this year, when my unit started giving me trouble (coincidentally, a year that I did not reach out to him at the beginning of summer for our usual check), I sent Brent a message.I reached out to him late in the evening and he got back in touch with me first thing in the morning. He was able to squeeze me in between jobs that AM, and I was so grateful. Im six-months pregnant, so A/C is really important for us with these high temps.I am so glad to know a reliable professional like Brent. Highly recommend him to anyone in the area in need of A/C repair — he is the absolute best.

I highly recommend this company. After our AC went out, my wife and I called a few different repair companies/contractors, but nobody ever called us back. Brent was the only person to answer and was completely honest letting me know he was booked up that day and wouldnt be able to come out till the next afternoon.He also said if I wanted to try to find anyone who could come out that day he understood, but I could call him back if needed. Well, Long story short, we didnt really call anyone else, we just waited to see if anyone we had already called would call us back, but they didntAfter a few hours, I called Brent back and left a message and he called me back that day and he said he could come out the following afternoon. The next day he called before arriving to let me know he was on his way, as promised. Only took about 10 minutes for him to show up and he basically had everything fixed and working in about 30 minutes. After spending 2 days inside a 87-90 degree house, we are super grateful. Thank you Brent. You made our day!

Read reviews and saw that this A/C repair was super close. Brent returned my text and came within 1.5 hr. He was super kind, quick, charged a flat fee for his ~1hr of time to diagnose and repair our old A/C unit (clogged drain line). Very grateful to have such a good service nearby for my elderly mom! We are back in the cool ❄️

Brent with Pflueger heating and air is the best contractor Ive ever use! He is honest, keeps the cost down, only fixes what needs to be fixed. Ive used him on all my rental property and my own home. I cant elaborate on how great he is. I never stress on the AC/heating unit because he comes out and fixes it for a fair price. Been doing business with him for more than 10 years. Would not ever use any other AC company.

Our 30 year old central air unit went out so we called Pfluger Heating and Air. Brent came over to inspect, gave us a quick quote and by 9:30 the following morning the whole thing was installed and ready to go. Brent is a super nice guy and we definitely recommend him.

Im so happy! Im sure they cant promise this is always the case, but they were here within hours, diagnosed something that baffled everyone, and still recommended we contact the company we were under warranty with (they recognized the unit was new and likely under warranty) when we wouldnt have known (renters). Sharp and honest, and generally pleasant to be around. It seems unusual in this world to have an issue identified so promptly and honestly. Totally pleasant experience.

After a horrible experience with another AC service, this was easy and quick. didnt try to up sell or overcharge for the service. They were they when promised and worked quickly and resolved the issue and offered up advice on my thermostat ..... really great customer service and experience.

Called in the morning and got fixed at noon. Great attitude and speed. Charged $275 to replace a capacitor (AmRad 50+7.5 uf/Mfd USA2238), price is higher than expected.
