    We have been customers of Hartford for years. They have always proved excellent customer service. Jamie has always done great work and does not leave until everything is working 100% to our satisfaction and all of our questions have been answered. They truly care about their customers too. Kristen always follows up with a phone call a few days later to make sure everything is working the way we want it to and is ready to have someone come out immediately if there are any issues. She responds to calls after hours and emails are always replied to promptly regardless of the time of day. Great job Hartford Team!

    I had a leaking outside faucet after the freeze. I called and they were able to come and fix it that day. Carlos was the technician and did a great job. Ive used Hartford Services for my plumbing problems for the past four years and have been pleased with the service and also with the prices.

    I have relied on Hartford Services for over 20 years for our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs. Their entire staff is always polite and responsive. Our recent visit by service tech, Erik was also 5 star as he thoroughly diagnosed our AC problem and corrected it. He was extremely polite and helpful.

    Jimmy and Carlos did an outstanding job in my house. Another plumber had tried twice to fix the problem and had ended up making a big mess. Jimmy and Carlos figured out what the problem was and where it was located and a nice and elegant way to deal with it. I am very happy and impressed!

    Hartford staff are always very positive in attitude and most cautious and courteous in my home. They do a fine job during the initial visit and always leave my home clean after their repairs. As a female with the responsibility for my property, they represent a reliable resource for plumbing, air conditioning and heating maintenance. Recently, they installed a new heating system, as well as major bathroom fixture replacements. All is well after their extensive work.

    Hartford Services sent Jimmy Garcia to my house late in the afternoon to stop and repair an upstair bathroom water leak. Mr. Garcia was able stop the leak and make the neccessary repairs to the shower head. Also, Mr. Jimmy Garcia came to my house to flush and service the tankless hot water system, plus the changing of the in-line water filter used with the system.Also, Hartford Services sent Mr. Jose Gonzalez to house service and check the heater system for the upcoming winter season. Mr. Gonzalez changed out the air duct inlet filters for the heating - air conditioning system.Hartford Services has been taking care all of my A/C, heating, and plumbling needs for the last 24 years. I use Hartford Services because they care about their customers and the professional attitude that all their technicians have on trying to solve any problems that may happen at your house.Thank you for all you have done for me and my family.-Bob Dodd

After replacing our sprinkler pipe, Jimmy graciously walked me through what I needed to do next winterization to protect the sprinkler pipes & valves.     Hartford has done a lot of work for us. We live in a home build in the mid 60s, back when they used cast iron pipes buried under the slab foundation. Twice Hartford has had to dig under the house to fix rusted out pipes. Did an excellent job both times. Of course they have done several lesser jobs for us over the years. They stand behind their work and are pleasant doing so. Once we needed a part for an old bath faucet which was not commonly available. They tracked down a manufacturer who claimed to make them. The part was replcced but soon broke. Hartford worked with the manufacturer to make one that works. Took them several trips to get it right but they did, all under the original warranty. Thets the kind of people they are.

    Our plumber was VERY knowledgeable and respectful. He took time to explain everything that was happening and the fixes he was making. He also gave us pricing as he went to ensure it was within our budget. He arrived on time and was very well spoken. He took care of our home as if it were his! Customer service was top notch. We will definitely be using this company again.

    I had a new system installed last month. Love my Hartford Services technician, Manny. He is so polite and respectful. I always feel Hartford is doing what is best for me and not them. Their recommendations are not always the most expensive options, but the ones that are most helpful to my family and our current circumstances. As a result, I find Hartford Services to be very trustworthy! Manny and his crew cleaned all areas thoroughly. I always recommend them to my family and friends.     Hartford has been my go-to HVAC and plumber for over a decade, and I have been repeatedly impressed. Recently the A/C they had installed several years ago went out. Not only did someone answer the phone on a Sunday morning, but they came out within 24 hours and were really honest and clear about the situation until they got it repaired. They honored the warranty, no problems at all. They do annual maintenance, and the technicians are professional and on-time.

    Most definitely would recommend Hartford Services. We have used them for years, in our previous home and our current home (which weve been in for 9 years)! Their technicians,most notable Manny, are very knowledgeable and explain what theyre doing and give recommendations if needed. However, we have never felt pressured into purchasing or making optional repairs. Hartford does a good job of answering emergency calls, and Manny, our 5 star technician, always shows up on time and calls if there is any sort of delay.

    Great experience all the way around. Tony patiently explained my options for a new a/c unit. When the installation crew arrived I had more questions and again Tony fully answered them. The crew was quick and did an excellent job cleaning the debris (what little there was). Then Tony came back after the crew had finished to make sure everything was done correctly and that the unit was fully charged. What makes Hartford stand out is their communication. You are not given a large appointment window like other companies. I was called to inform me when the crew was on its way. Then called again later to inform me when Tony was 30 minutes away. This made planning my day so much easier as I didnt need to wait around all day for the technician to arrive.Hartford came highly recommended and they meet all my expectations.

    Weve been using Hartford to maintain our AC units for many years now as well as had a full replacement AC installation with them. We actually received a complement from another HVAC company on the quality of Hartfords installation. Weve had several different techs over the years, all friendly, neat, courteous, and efficient - Tony has done our last few check-ups and is no exception!     I have been extremely pleased with Hartford Services. Jose is my regular technician, and I appreciate Hartford regularly scheduling Jose twice a year for AC/Heat maintenance. Jose said it is all about the customer, teaching them about their unit to avoid problems and conserve energy. Everyone I have had contact with at the company has been very friendly and helpful.     I had a great experience with this company. I called them because a friend of mine recommended them. I called to have my tankless water heater brought up to code and I felt like they went above and beyond! They worked efficiently and did a great job on it. They were all very friendly. They arrived on time and cleaned up after their work. Their price for my job was reasonable. I will definitely call them again for my future plumbing needs.

    Hartford Services was amazing. We had a leak in our guest bathroom. We called them and they were here to help. We have used services before but none that were as good as Hartford.     Jose was the only technician that could properly assess exactly what was wrong with our AC system. I really appreciate the fact that he took the time to explain everything to me and showed me the issues. The price quote was reasonable and we received a discount for completing all work at the same time. The work was completed sooner than expected and the team was very respectful and wore shoe covers (important detail!) We will be using Hartford for all services moving forward.

    We bought the house with a very old furnace that stopped working before December. When the temperature dropped my house was freezing, so I called Hartford and within the same day I had a brand new furnace. The questions I had where addressed politely and with extense knowledge from Mitch ( manager). The installation went smoothly and the crew was amazing. This is a family owned business and I am extremely satisfied with their service.

    Hartford Plumbing did an excellent job today replacing my rusted water supply line under my bathroom sink. David and Lawrence knew exactly how to fix the issue and also took care of some other stuck water valves. All the supplies needed for the job were on their truck and they did not have to come back later. They were clean and efficient, not wasting any time getting the job done. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

    Hartford is my go-to company for all my HVAC services. I recently had the most amazing personalized visit when there seemed to be an unusual problem with a thermostat...or course, when this crazy Texas weather went from hot to cold, to warm, and then back to cold and I found myself with NO HEAT. Not only did I have timely call from a service rep, but I had a follow up visit that was half HVAC work and have DETECTIVE work to find the real problem....with no extra charge. Ill never call anyone besides Hartford and I will ALWAYS stick with my TRANE products and their incredible WARRANTY policy!

    Ive used Hartford Services for my HVAC needs for many years (including installation of new and maintenance of existing, as well as repair). Jose has been my technician of choice for the last several years. He has come out for regular maintenance/checkups as well as for emergency service (always urgent in the heat of the Houston summer). He is incredibly thorough and professional. He always explains the problem and/or solution in laymans terms, which I appreciate. He also takes care to treat my property with respect (he puts on booties when he comes in the house). He is a real gem.

    Hartford is absolutely fantastic. My A/C went out last week, so I looked up a few HVAC companies in the area. After several companies told me that they couldnt get any technicians out in the same day, I called Hartford. They sent someone to my home within an hour and I had my cold air back that day!!!

    I called on a Sunday when it was 100 degrees outside because both of my AC units quit working. They sent someone out there within an hour. Issues were quickly diagnosed and options presented to me. Within 48 hours of calling, I had one unit repaired and the other system was completely replaced! Great company to work with!

    David Arocha, the licensed plumber who installed our new hot water heater in the attic, could not have been more professional. He and his partner, Lawrence, worked quietly and steadily for several hours in very crowded and uncomfortable conditions. They were careful to cover the white carpet and to keep us informed as to their time frame (length of time with no water, etc.). I will definitely use their services again.

    We had our old unit for 15 years and so it broke down a couple of times we replaced it and Jose was our technician who came out each time and explained what was wrong and what could be done. Since it appeared that he was not just trying to make the most money that he could, we saved up and finally bought a new unit from him after doing a couple of repairs. We bought the new unit 2 summers ago and he just came out this week for a check-up and everything is well, please use this company, their techs actually care.......Linda
