    I was having a long term problem ( 2 winters) with my furnace. Previous AC companies had tried to solve the problem but their repairs turned out to be a short term fix. After seeing the number of 5 star reviews and that the owner was a veteran I decided to give Harris a try. They were able to send a tech out the same day I called. I was very impressed with Corey. He kept me updated on his time of arrival and once here , didnt rush through diagnosing the problem. Instead of telling me I needed a new furnace he came up with a logical and cost effective solution. He returned the following day to do the repair and so far my furnace is working great. Thank you Corey! Harris Heat & Air will definitely be my HVAC company of choice moving forward.

    They were able to get to my home within 90 minutes of me calling. Corey was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out the issue and let me know what needed to he done. He let me know about another issue that he recommended I fix, but stated I did not need to fix to have my a/c function, but to avoid future issues it would be wise. All work was handled quickly and neatly. Will be adding Harris Heat and Air to my list of companies to call when needed.

    Jon Harris is absolutely amazing. Our fan motor went out on one of the hottest days.     This is a really great company. They sent people out within two hours of my call. Corey and Billy were professional, friendly and polite. They assessed the problem quickly and Harris offered a reasonably priced solution to my problem. The price was fair and the installers were very efficient, polite and clean.     I have used this company for a few years for service and maintenance. Have always felt well taken care of. They are honest and helpful in understanding what needs to be take care of. This year I needed a new ac unit. The process was very easy. Everything was handled professionally and with ease. The new system works wonderfully. Much more efficient, there is a noticeable difference in the house temperature and the amount of air coming from the vents. Very happy service and highly recommend them.

    Amazing I love Harris hear & air conditioning company 10/10 recommend. I had leak in the master bedroom thinking it was from the air conditioner.     I dont write many reviews, but I felt I needed to leave one here. Jon and his team were great to work with. We ran into an issue in the middle of summer and his team responded quickly to try and diagnose the problem. At first, we couldnt determine the problem and they said to call if it acted up. Well, a few days later of course after business hours the AC acted up. I called Jon and his team, and they went out of their way to come take a look at the issue. It is rare you get quality/professional service. I would recommend Harris Heat & Air to anyone with AC issues.

    Harris saved me $4000. I called Harris when a once trusted AC guy told me I needed a new coil due to a leak (low pressure) . He also insisted the whole coil was covered with mold. I could see he had no tool to detect the leak, and I knew he didn’t open the plenum. If there was a leak, it was tiny.They sent a very professional tech out who couldn’t find a leak, didn’t see any mold on the coils, and charged up the unit. Works like new.I’d recommend Harris if you want an honest and thorough inspection of your system at a reasonable price. Thank you Corey.

    Corey was punctual, professional and thorough. Received a text when he was on his way, which is much appreciated. He explained what he would be checking, asked for access to the yard to check the AC unit and even asked if he should knock when he came back inside or simply walk in. Little things like that go far in my book. He was honest, made suggestions and recommendation without being pushy.     Did not know who to use in Cypress. Called in and promptly got return call from owner, John. He made a same day call at no extra charge. Had issues with my heater with the up oming massive storm coming with temps in teens and no heat. John and his tech Cory were able to identify problem and next day aired part in. After installing there was another problem that appeared to be thermostat related. In the end it wasnt that but I kept new thermostat at no charge. Very reasonably priced, professional, friendly, and most importantly honest. I will use on my next go round as well.

    A/C stopped cooling and had a service tech on site within 2 hours. Very courteous and professional. I don’t know how ac techs do it , I was in attic for 5 minutes and was dying. I may not like the outcome of what is needed but it has no reflection on the company. Parts fail in houston and I got 13 years out of my coil before it sprung a leak.     Jon is amazingly helpful - Twice, weve had something break on a weekend, and hes gone out of his way to help us get it repaired quickly. My husband is disabled, so he has been very conscientious about making sure that we werent without a heat or AC. He is honest about problems with the equipment, and advises you about what will get it working short term, and what you may need to consider long term, but he wont gouge you and say you need a whole new system when you dont. His pricing is fair and honest. I am so glad we found him.

    Love this company! Harris Heating and Air Conditioning was half the price of a larger AC company (ARS) and they were 100 times friendlier. They arrived on time and started working promptly.     We was experiencing some issues with our air conditioning not cooling the house, as well as the pipe hanging from the roof dripping water whenever the ac was running!     Jon Harris knows his stuff! Called him mid-morning because our A/C was not cooling the bottom half of the house. He came right round, asked a couple of questions, checked what was turning on in the system and what wasnt. He found the capacitor had fried - likely from old age.He ran another errand during which he bought a replacement and came back to install it. We had cooling again by early afternoon!As our system is 18 years old, he suggested we begin to budget for a replacement in the next couple of years and he spent time going over pros and cons of the various brands and systems.
