Another technician from another company came before HALL AC and HEATING fixed our AC unit “ THE RIGHT WAY.” The previous company that came replaced the capacitor and it worked for a few days only and stopped working again. I called back the previous technician and he said that it needed a hard start kit and the condenser coils need to be cleaned . The AC unit has burnt residue on the panel. It looks like the wires were put in incorrectly.He removed the terminal wires and left while awaiting for the home warranty if they will approve the work. The technician left us hanging without AC and did not bother to call us if he was coming back.I called HALL AC and HEATING at 7:30 pm on a Friday night and they were able to send a technician within 1 hour.Bud is the technician from HALL AC and HEATING that came out on a Friday night to fix our air conditioning unit and found out that the terminal wires were missing as the previous technician from another company removed and claimed that we need a hard start kit and the condenser coils were dirty. It was found out that we don’t need a hard start kit and the condenser coils were not dirty. Bud said that he will fix the AC unit the right way. Bud replaced the terminal wires and condenser fan motor and finally the AC worked! Bud is honest and he does not tell you that you need this , that to be able to sell or add more work on the existing problem. We highly recommend HALL AC AND HEATING for any AC and HEATING issues. BUD knows what he is doing and he will fix it right!

Hall AC is one of the best HVAC companies Ive dealt with in real estate or development. Notwithstanding the only company that I will employ on any future development job. There are many attributes but none better than he does what he says at a reasonable cost.

Ac went out and called Hall AC and they were really quick to respond. Having 5 kids in a hot house is a nightmare. Took no time for him to respond and fix the problem. Very nice and great price compared to most companies in the area. I recommend calling this company.
