    Daniel and his helper (sorry I didnt catch his name) were absolutely amazing. they arrived in 30 minutes on Saturday evening when the fan motor on our unit went out. They were so polite and professional and had the job done in no time at all. They were very reasonably priced and we would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if needed!

    Nobody wants to wake up to their AC not working at 2:30am. Being new to town who did I call when my capacitor went out on a house I had just purchased 18 hours prior? Haddix Heating and Air. I ran across their FaceBook page prior to my move and the reviews were topnotch. The owner was texting with me at 6:15am and had me on the schedule for the same day. From the time Daniel arrived he was very kind and replaced the capacitor and even had another person bring me a new air filter. Haddox just earned another customer for life.

    Called them out for a second opinion prior to a rather expensive repair to our heater. They were super quick to respond and offered to come out immediately if needed.     Haddix heating and air are always prompt and professional in all their services. I signed the 1 year contract to have them service my HVAC twice throughout the year. Today I noticed water leaking from my HVAC and contacted them and within 90 minutes they were at my house. Fixed the issue and did summer maintenance for the upcoming months. Matt was my technician and kept me informed throughout. These guys are great to work with and very fast to respond to your needs. I’ll be renewing my contract. Thank you Haddix and Matt!

    Haddix did a great job updating my cooling system. They added air ducts and put in a more powerful unit. They took the time to install everything correctly and were very accomidating to our busy schedules. Even though they were very busy with other customer during the weekend heat, they still made it a priority to finish the job, coming back early to finish cosmedic work on the inside of the house. I would highly recommend Haddix, they are very professional, polite, fast to respond, and very hard working.

    Jennifer, Daniel and the staff at Haddix went above and beyond to meet our HVAC needs and saved us a significant amount too. My family had been without ac since the hail storm in June. After having lots of back and forth with another company and our insurance company nothing was getting accomplished.     Haddix worked closely with me and my home insurance company during a confusing time as both units failed within 2 days if each other. Once we got through 2 service tickets, Haddix worked quickly on getting parts in, installed and functional.     Daniel came out to our house to see why the outside A/C was not coming on, I had recently installed a new thermostat as the one that I replaced was 20 years old.     Called Haddix Heating and Air on a Saturday night around 8 pm with major problems on my mother in laws outside unite . We were worried since the unit was a older model and didnt know if it would be able to be repaired . Mr. Haddix came out and explained everything to us about a possible repair to unit replacement . In the situation that my mother inlaw is a recent widow on limited income he opted for a repair to be more cost effective.
