Fantastic customer service! Cole arrived 15 minutes early, completed the commissioning of my batteries in 15 minutes, and spent 45 minutes with me going through the battery app and hardware in detail. Cole was professional, courteous, and he knows his business. I sent a few follow up text messages afterwards and he responded immediately. If you want solar and/or a home battery system, call GVEC for 5 star service! -

Cole was very knowledgeable and could see quickly that the Critter Guard that was inatalled last month with my system needed to be totally replaced as there were quite a few places that were bad. He also had started the process to create the arrayfor my system as that was not done during installation and he had a way to determine the relative locations of the 42 inverters on the panels. -

We had Enphase batteries installed at the house this week. Wes Adams was the lead on the project and he is the BEST!! He didn’t mind me taking photos, and he answered all my questions. He also had two newer men, and he is a patient teacher! We are very pleased with all the GVEC team members who worked on our project from design, installation, and Ethernet connections.
