    We were pleased with diagnostics Ryan performed. His results pretty much showed what we thought. The unit is a real lemon. 2 weeks later we are still without an efficient unit. But Ryan did his best for us.

    Aaron arrived on time and worked diligently for a couple of hours to resolve our ac issue. Then he helped troubleshoot an issue we were having with our stovetop by testing voltage at breakers. Replaced a breaker and fixed the problem. Great job!

    Our air handler circuit card went out for the second time. Each of the techs who responded for emergency call out and repair were knowledgeable, courteous, and very personable. They were able to diagnose the issue and replace the card quickly. Chance was very polite and respectful. Even though he’s knew to GVEC, he has years of experience and it showed as he handled minor issues that accompany any repair. He worked through extreme heat in the attic and before he left, he made sure that he checked the entire system to provide the peace of mind that our system was at peak performance. This is why we enjoy being GVEC customers!

    Jose did another great job for us. First, he sent a message of any delays in his arrival time due to having to assist on another call. He was also conscientious of closing gates behind him upon entering and leaving the property. He was very polite and pleasant and arrived with the parts needed to do the job.     Wyatt has been amazing walking us through this heatwave with an old system in an old house. And I like that you can text GVEC to schedule appointments or speak with customer support. They even recently came back out for free to tweak and check things. And he explained realistic expectations and long term solutions very well (measuring for right tonnage or putting in more air vents). I initially hired them for being able to come on a weekend in the heatwave (my last AC company that installed a whole new duct system wouldn’t come out). But I have been pleasantly surprised (especially with Wyatt) with the quality of work, customer service and speed of appointments.

    Quit, the first guy came and fixed. Two days later it went away for good. This just happen to be the three day weekend, on Tuesday we purchased a new system.     Called in on Monday morning and they were booked up. The receptionist told me they would try to work us in. At 9 am they texted and said they would be here by 2 pm. The repairman got here at 11 am. Had the AC fixed in just a few minutes and then cleaned the condensate drain. Quick work.
