    Our home A/C system bit the dust requiring the purchase of a replacement system. So while we wait for our new AC system to arrive in a couple of weeks, GVEC has graciously loaned us the use of two window AC units to help get us thru our brutal Sept/Oct heat!Abraham our friendly service tech that delivered as well as set up our loaner window units did a great job and was very thorough in helping us in our unfortunate situation.     We called for service on our AC and GVEC Was able to send Brandin Pittman out within a couple of hours. He got right to work, analyzed the problem, showed us what had caused the issue and fixed it very quickly. He made sure that everything was working properly before he left. And after working in 107 degrees all day, he still managed to be upbeat and friendly. We will definitely request Brandin for our next Service call.

    I forgot to actually post this review from June 2024:This is a 5 star review about the technicians NOT THE AC. A little over a week ago our 5 year old AC stopped working, AGAIN! A part had to be ordered and it was probably going to be 2 weeks before it came in. Well the part arrived last night (8 days later) and we were notified that Nathan would be by between 8 and 12 the next morning. He was there right at 8 and got to work promptly. He had it all installed and fixed within an hour. I am very happy with the technicians. They do a good job. However I am not happy with the AC that was installed 5 years ago as this is the third time in the last 2 years and 2 months we’ve had to have someone out to fix it. If it wasn’t for the 10 year warranty covering all parts and labor I’d take an axe to the AC if it happens again. I give the AC 2 stars and the technicians 5 stars.

    Called GVEC office in Cuero. The person I talked to was very helpful and gave me the phone number of GVEC Air Cond. and then connected me with the ac staff.. This office was also very nice and very helpful. Made an appointment for Service Tech. To come check my AC unit. Gunner Schrade contacted me and ask if it would be ok to come earlier to check my unit. That was fine with me. Gunner came right out and verified the problem. Gunner has a good personality, seems very knowledgeable , verified my problem, explained the process to fix the problem, and answered all question I had. Gunner was very professional and wasted no time.. very satisfied with the service and would use him anytime.

    Joe arrived early, got right to work on our heater repair & was very professional. He explained clearly what was wrong with our heater & why we should get a new system. Ours is 11 years old which is the outside life of a central hvac unit. He worked with us on financing & we’re very satisfied with the setup. And we will have the new unit installed in less than a week. We will absolutely call gvec for future repairs if needed.

    Our HVAC went out (in Texas) during 100 degree weather in the late afternoon. I called GVEC and they got me in contact with Wyatt the technician after I left a message about our situation. He was available to come out to our rural home and fixed it in the evening! He was very professional and had it evaluated and fixed in a short amount of time. Very thankful for this company and the way they conduct business and their amazing technicians! Wish all companies were this efficient!!

    I want to thank GVEC and your Team Member Jose Garcia for promptly addressing my concerns as to why so much water was collecting in the secondary AC drip pan. Jose cleared the drain lines and solved the issue as to why moisture wasnt being caught by the primary drip pan in the first place.
