    I recently had Green Attic remove old insulation from my home’s attic, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service.     My neighbor requested a quote for their home from Green Attics. I heard the fair pricing and time line to do the job. I had them quote me as well. Straight to the point, I asked for a quote for blow in only. Thats what I got, a quote for blow in only. I was asked by the sales person Juan if I needed anything else and I said, nope. I didnt get a bunch of high pressure sales B.S. and was 100% happy with the job done. There was a few delays due to the cold weather and that was it. From quote to job done was less than a week.     We have worked with Green attics twice now and they are absolutely amazing! It’s hard to find a company that truly treats their customers well and go above and beyond. When they did some work in our attic and that night a storm was causing us some problems. They came out in the middle of the night to make sure everything was ok. If that’s not honest good hard work and excellent customer service I don’t know what is! I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a company!

    This is one of the best things I did for my house after replacing the roof. I had that old insulation pulled out and replaced with new blown in insulation - it was about 17 yrs old.. Thank goodness I did. It reduced my electric costs by about 22%. Juan was so professional and helpful. They did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards. Arrived a little early and finished quickly.     I had an incredible experience with Green Attics. From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were outstanding. Kristale as an absolute doll with scheduling appointments at your convenience. Juan, who managed the whole project, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He quickly identified the issue with my AC unit and laid out improvement options. What impressed me most was his honesty—there was no push for unnecessary repairs or upgrades, just straightforward service at a fair price. The return vent was installed for a smoother operation of my AC unit, also extending its lifespan. Ansley did a phenomenal work on cleaning all the vents and AC maintenance (with attention to detail) that a previous company slacked on. Since the attic ceiling was not suitable for a spray foam insulation, Juan rerouted that option to have it installed onto the attic floor. That lead to thorough seal of the second floor ceiling, which keeps an even temperature throughout the entire house! Brilliant idea! Go with spray foam instead of blown in fiberglass insulation. My home is cool and comfortable again, and I couldnt be happier. The electric bill has dropped in price instantly.     We had a fantastic experience on revamping our attic with insulation and radiant barrier from start to finish. Ian was up front with costs, answered my many questions, and was there every step of the way. The crew showed up on time, kept us informed of the progress, cleaned up afterwards as if they had never been there, and even found a gas leak in our attic that has probably been leaking for years.     Just want to say...WOW. We recently moved in March and bought a home that had virtually 0 insulation left (looked like no updates since the home was built in 76). We had a quote done and the man that came was so professional and gave multiple options and opinions. There was no pressure at all. We called and scheduled what we wanted and the person in the office was extremely helpful. After we decided what was best they came and completed a radiant barrier installation, 10 of insulation, solar fan and duct seal all within 6 hours. They were incredibly professional and Id recommend them to everyone. The day of the installation my house is way cooler and the AC isnt running as much. Cant wait to see electrical bill difference.

    After several estimates and a range of recommendations, I selected Green Attic and I am very pleased with my decision. We chose radiant barrier and an attic fan to reduce our energy bill and had all duct work cleaned. From the initial meeting for the estimate to the completion of the project their team communicated very well, stayed on schedule as promised and were extremely professional. We had one very small incident with some drywall and I would not mention it other than to say they had it professionally repaired within hours and to find that level of responsiveness and accountability was refreshing and I think speaks to the character of the company and their team.

    I got a solar fan, radiant barrier, and more insulation installed in March but waited until I got some summer data in to leave a review. According to my utility, I used 18.6% less electricity in June 2024 than in June 2023, despite the average temperature being slightly higher (85° in June 2024 vs 83° in June 2023). Thats true even though Ive been keeping it a few degrees cooler in the house. The customer service and install process were great, but Green Attics delivered where it counts: lower bills and a more comfortable house. This was well worth the money.

    I got a quote from Green Attic and one other company with similarly high reviews to come and take a look at my attic. Both companies essentially ended up recommending the same thing. Radiant barrier, additional blown-in insulation, and a solar attic fan. My HVAC service guy also recommended an attic hatch tent so I had that added to the estimate too. Green Attic ended up being cheaper so I went with them.The guys doing the actual installation work were excellent. They showed up within the time window I was given, answered all my questions, did their jobs quickly and professionally (from what I could tell at least), cleaned up, showed me the results, and left.Now for the part that loses them a star. While the guys doing the actual installation work were excellent, their sales and office staff leave a bit to be desired. First of all, to their credit - the sales guy gave me a discount on the attic hatch tent since he (in his words) failed to bring it up during our consultation. The day of the install - the install guys informed me that they ordered the tent, but it hadnt been delivered by the morning of the install and someone will reach out once its been delivered and set up another install time. The sales guy also called me later that morning to tell me the same.Like I said before - the install crew finished, they did a great job. I went up to take a look around after they were done and noticed that they had moved one of the air ducts a little to where the slot in the HVAC air handler where the air filter goes is now partially blocked and I wasnt able to pull the old filter out (and replace with a new one). Not a big deal in the immediate future obviously. But I sent a text to the sales guy I had been in touch with telling him as much (wrongly thinking he would communicate that to either the office staff or the install crew), and to please reach out when the attic tent gets delivered so their crew can come back and knock both out at once. To which I received no reply.2 weeks go by without any contact from Green Attics, until I reach out to them telling them basically hey if you guys dont need to get paid or whatever - thats cool just let me know if youre not planning on coming back out to finish the job so I can make other arrangements. Long story short - the same ace crew came out to adjust the air duct location and to install the attic hatch tent.Long story short - doesnt matter how good the people doing the work are if their office staff doesnt do their job. This part is on me because I dont have much experience with stuff like this - dont believe the sweet lies of salesmen, once they have your sale in the bag, youll never hear from them again despite their assurances otherwise.Overall - Green Attics did a good job but it would have been great if I didnt have to do their job for them and chase THEM to see if they still wanted me to pay them...

    Hands down one of the most professional companies Ive hired. From the time Jeff came out to look at my attic a week ago , until the crew completed the work today, the process has been seamless. Jeff was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He sent me an estimate immediately after our meeting explaining a breakdown of the costs. I decided to go forward with most of his recommendation. He did not pressure me about the rest, answered a few questions, and sent me an updated estimate with the work I chose.Kim was so friendly setting up the appointment. I received a text this morning letting me know Aldo was on his way. Every single crew member was on time, polite, professional, answered questions, efficient, cleaned up after themselves , etc.I had an issue with rodents getting into my 1940s attic. There was so much to clean up/deodorize/disinfect. The crew completed the removal, disinfected the space, sealed up gaps and replaced my old batt insulation with 18 inches of blown in recycled fiberglass insulation. Jeff also sealed off an old duct for me that was doing nothing but wasting energy and money and also installed a duct for my bathroom vent.The entire process took about 5 hours. I recommend these guys hands down for any insulation work! I work in real estate and It is rare to experience such a professional. seamless process with home improvement companies. Thank you Green Attics! I now have a clean, energy efficient attic and Im looking forward to seeing a huge difference in my energy bill! One last thing...thank you for being so kind to my 16 year old dog! Extra points for that. :)

    I had an outstanding experience! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Ian’s technical expertise AND his ability to explain the problem and the pros and cons of alternate solutions. He shared industry standards and actual lifespans, refuting distorted numbers from other contractors designed to instill fear. Instead, Ian created trust. Like many people, I am weary of working with service repairmen, feeling on guard against being scammed, but I felt confident in the solution, pricing, and plan moving forward.     Ian was great to work with. He was clear about the options and costs without giving me a hard sell. In my case I wanted all of the old blown in insulation pulled out and replaced. The team showed up and pulled all of the old out in about half a day. I looked through the attic and it was very clean with all nooks and crannies covered despite some hard to reach areas. The new insulation was blown in the next day and took about half a day, and again the attic was fully covered including a specific spot that had suffered freezing pipes in the past. Overall I was very pleased with the work and would recommend them.

    We had a fantastic experience with Green Attics. Ian and Ansley did an incredible job with our attic clean out/new insulation project. Their communication was excellent, they are intelligent problem solvers and professional. The crew worked efficiently and did an excellent job removing all the old insulation and debris from our attic. Ansley problem solved an air flow issue and re-worked some of the duct work which is something our previous HVAC service companies could not seem to figure out. They were also accommodating during the process so our electrician could inspect the wiring in the attic before the new insulation was blown in. The project price was fair and far less than other bids that were outrageous for the same work. I highly recommend these guys for your attic clean out, insulation and HVAC service needs.     Juan came over to the house on-time, and performed an audit of my property. I knew my doors were not sealed properly, but I wanted to make sure my attics and garage were set up properly (they got really hot in the summer, and very cold in the winter).Juan set up his machines, did his testing, and then walked me to every part of the house where there was a noticeable leak. Although they don’t do garages, he did check the attic and gave some ideas on how we could better arrange AC lines and insulate.He was very informative without being pushy, and I felt like he had our best interests in mind.     Green Attics ventured way out to Waxahachie to spray foam my attic in the dead heat of summer. This was a VERY difficult job btw. I know because I crawled around in the attic the week before, vacuuming out 1000lbs of fiberglass insulation...nearly had a heat stroke. So, they wrapped up the job after a couple of days, awesome! After the fumes cleared, I discovered that they missed a couple areas, so I notified the inside team. They came back out (with great attitudes!) to finish the job right.     Great experience. Had the Green Attics folks add ventilation to my garage - intake vents (air hawks), solar fan and radiant barrier. Very reasonably priced. Service was great, from sales and estimate through installation and f/u quality assurance. And the results? Wow! My garage had been so hot - especially in the attic - that the shingles were at risk of melting. The garage temp now is consistently 10 degrees below the outside temp.Couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend.

    My upstairs AC unit stopped working out of nowhere, in Texas, in AUGUST. I made a call and was connected with their head of operations, Juan Cruz. Juan drove out to my house the same day and was able to have an assessment done and make suggestions while he scheduled a technician to come out with needed equipment. Within 48 hours the issue was identified and addressed and repaired by Ansley who arrived first thing the next morning to take care of the problem. He was professional, courteous and an efficient at identifying and resolving the problem. Very affordable as well and were back up and running. Highly recommend to Texas families who know all to well the nightmare of having HVAC issues in the dead of summer!

    Green Attics did a great job with cleaning out our attic space and blowing in insulation. It was a mess before and smelled bad when we first moved in but now the smell is eliminated and our A/C is not working so hard! They were very communicative from the initial consultation to the day the work was done and with the quality inspection afterwards. Everything started on time and was done thoroughly and efficiently.They took good care and were respectful of our home and belongings while working and cleaned up afterward. Our A/C has been running significantly less and the temperature remains stable in our home now. My only complaint would be that the cover to our attic space is scuffed and banged up now so I will have to repaint that area so it matches the ceiling and doesn’t look dirty like it does now. They could have taken more care with that piece, but otherwise we are very happy with the job done and would highly recommend this company!

    From our initial contact, to the follow-up after completion of the work with our Spray Foam insulation job, we are very impressed with Green Attics.     I had my insulation from my attic removed and replaced with new insulation by Green Attics on Dec. 17, 2021. Green Attics was not the lowest bid for the job, but my experience during the assessment process influenced my decision to go with them. The job itself was extremely swift, and I really liked how they allowed me to see the attic when everything was pulled out, and for final inspection. They even took the time to vacuum the area below the attic access. After a bit over a month after the job, I noticed that my bill was actually a bit higher (or around the same) relative to the same month in previous years. I also noticed that my master bedroom was always cold. Green Attics sent someone right away on Feb. 1, 2022 to take a look and they realized that the duct going to the bedroom was unintentionally crushed by their crew. They offered to address the issue for free, which was eventually completed on March 1, 2022 (the delay was partly due to winter events that led to the business having to shuffle around their jobs). My advice to anyone considering this company is to have the knowledge that the initial work will be completed quickly so that the company can get paid. If there are any issues after that, it will be on you to be proactive about making sure it gets addressed in a timely manner. My other advice is to check all of your ducts to make sure nothing is crushed. My inspection was mainly checking to see that every portion of the attic looked insulated. Kim and Megan were very patient with me while I expressed my frustrations. They were highly professional the entire time. Despite my unique situation, I do recommend Green Attics overall.

    I could not believe Juan had correctly diagnosed the cause my extreme energy consumption over the phone. Your unit does not have properly sized returns. He convinced me to let him swing by and take a look as he was in the area for a free inspection. After confirming that I did have the correct number of return ducts he went into the attic and identified the main return duct had been damaged out of sight by a security camera installers and was completely disconnected! After reconnecting the duct he recommended I call my AC company to come out and zip tie the duct joint.My TXU bill had increased we has assumed it was due to the energy issues we all read about. Using the energy dashboard on TXU I had determined we were using 52% more energy than neighbors were. That’s when I called Green Attics.When I asked Juan how much should I gladly cut a check for he responded no charge. He did say they live on google reviews. Well here is mine! 5 stars.

    Travis and his team were awesome! We originally contacted them to get a quote on spray foam insulation. After coming out he let us know that the current insulation was so good in our new construction home that adding spray foam would be a waste of our money.Instead he suggested solar attic fans which would help regulate temperatures and reduce our utility bills.They installed the attic fan, added cellulose insulation above our garage and decked 3 of our 4 attic spaces so we could use them for storage and did an amazing job.     Thoroughly impressed with our initial consult. Juan understands the proper process of encapsulating an attic with spray foam. Spray foam must be done right or not at all. Air sealing is key to spray foams success, so he made sure to let us know that they would seal any attic and roof penetrations if they did the work. Our 1965 ranch home in NW Dallas was damaged a little by the Oct. 20 tornado. I called to see about installing spray foam on the attic roof as part of our rebuild process. He did a very thorough job of asking the right questions and collecting all the information on my house. He also did a great job explaining everything and answering the questions of a very discerning customer (I can be a little difficult with all my questions). Juan made sure we encapsulated all living spaces properly from the outside space as well as the garage space in the initial quote, so there were no surprise costs.     - WINDOW REPLACEMENT REVIEW -I am writing two reviews for Green Attics.From a sales standpoint :Keith from Green Attics division is the embodiment of sales professional. He shows up on time, responded to my requests for contact almost immediately. As a sales professional myself, I saw what my standard of service was emulated by Keith and actually found that I could expand some of my ability based upon my experience with him. The cost was fair, the order process was straight forward and he left no questions unanswered.From a product standpoint:The windows they used for my home were energy efficient and used Cardinal Glass. They look amazing. The cost was very fair. They perform as well as I was expecting.From an install standpoint:The team they use, Larry (if memory serves me), was another outstanding professional. He sent progress photos when I was at my office, followed up with me throughout the process. He called me upon completion to thank me for the business, checked in with me a week later and immediately addressed a very minimal concern I had. The install went great. He had to remove two pieces of window trim that I had recently installed (should have done windows first, my fault). They also used matching caulk (white like the windows) and there was a little overage on the trim. He called me upon my noticing and it was a simple fix that my contractor doing more work on my home corrected. It was again my fault for having the siding and trim done before windows.I would use them a thousand times over and I intend to refer them to all of my friends and colleagues. The price is excellent, the quality is top tier, and I find myself looking around my house for an opportunity to work with them again, which I intend to do this year.Thank you Keith and Green Attics Window Team!

    Jeff arrived on time to survey our house and clearly explain our options for insulating the 2600 square feet of our new development. A few days later the installation team also arrived precisely on schedule, and installed open cell foam. The foam looked great and the temperature difference was immediately noticeable in the 98 degree Dallas heat. There were a couple of minor concerns regarding differences in the thickness of the foam application in a few spots (we have 2x6 studs), and Juan came by a day later to analyze the issues, which were determined to not be outside of recommended specifications. Green Attics did a great job on our project!

    As you read this it may seem like a bad review, but it is not. I am only teling the whole story, on my side, of what my experience was with Green Attics. Though there were some issues, they worked hard to right the problems and in the end made everything right in my eyes.I used Green Attics to spray insulation in my attic back in 2019. There were some big issues with the installation. The owner Brad came out and appologized and even replaced the stairs that led up to my attic that had worn out from quality and age (not from Green Attics). Our electric bill dropped just about in half after they installed the insulation. This was awesome but we had 2 rooms that we always had issues with and didnt know why. Fast forward 4 years. We are renovating our 2 upstairs bathrooms and moving my son in to another bedroom. I decide to add some can lights so he can have more light in the new bedroom. I am cutting the hole in the ceiling and look through and notice there is no insulation at all above the ceiling (this is one of the rooms that we were having the big tempurature issues in). I go up in the attic to wire the new can light up and there is a wall of insulation and polly plastic right before you go above my sons new room. I poke through and the whole room has no insulation. I thought to myself I wonder if this is the same issue that we are having over the other room (the master bedroom). Sure enough it was the same thing, minus the poly plastic. I contact Green Attics and they sent a supervisor out. He went in the attic and just couldnt believe what he saw. The crew that had done the work before, had been let go not long after they had done my house for some of the same issues that I had with them. He didnt go much further than that in explaining but that was enough for me.The supervisor, Juan, scheduled a crew to come out on the next business day. Pedro showed up on time and had me taken care of within 2 hours. The rooms that I had tempurature issues with before are very comfortable now.Thank you Megan, Juan and Pedro for getting my house fully insulated.

    Travis went above and beyond with customer service for my family! He came to our house last Thursday to meet with my husband and I for an estimate on insulation. He took the time to answer our questions, offer upgrades that he believed would benefit us and not just try to sell us things that were not necessary. Plus he gave us an impeccable deal which included the insulation and recommended upgrades plus a setting up the vent in our future office/guest room. In addition, he was quite patient with my many questions concerning the air scrubber upgrade. When the crew came (Jose, Ainsley, and Justin) to complete the insulation, they were quite prompt and finished the job in very little time; plus the guys answered any questions I had and were quite personable. Although, the air scrubber did not work out for my family, I contacted Green Attics, and Travis was quite understanding and went out of his way to schedule in a time to uninstall this upgrade; plus he took the time to give an estimate for replacing the ac which my husband and I will have to do in the future. Overall, we have had a great experience with Green Attics and are pleased with the insulation and solar fan which will help our home be more energy efficient and start cutting our utility bills down; we are keeping them in mind for when we have to replace our ac in the near future.     You learn a lot about a company when they dont try to sell you something. I was dealing with temperature issues in our master bedroom and was convinced I needed an additional air vent installed. Green attics came out, inspected my current A/C set-up including the air flow into my bedroom. They checked the insulation levels and did a heat map of the walls and ceiling to see if there any deficiencies. In the end they concluded and showed me, that I was getting plenty of air flow into the room and an additional air vent would not solve my problem. They gave me a couple of options that I could do myself as well as some future long-term solutions which ultimately saved me hundreds of dollars. The next time. Im thrilled with the customer service and attention to detail. The next time I have A/C issues, they are the first call Im making!

    LIFESAVERS!!!We had an emergency with one of our AC units - we had just moved out of state, and our neighbor noticed one of the condensers making a strange noise On a Sunday afternoon.I called the company that installed the units when we built the house, and they said they could come in two business days. That was ok, if we weren’t supposed to close on our house this same week!Enter Green Attics - they had someone to our house in less than 2 hours from first contact. Kim was super nice and helpful, Jeff the technician met with our Realtor and diagnosed the issue right away. I’m always hesitant when it comes to HVAC repair, as I’ve heard horror stories of suggested repairs that weren’t needed, or several service calls (with a charge!).     OUTSTANDING !!!From the first phone call to the text messages, the coordination for the job was easy and responsive in all the Green Attic contacts. Kim in the office was always willing and very experienced in providing all the answers to my questions, about scheduling and warranty information and help. Juan was just FANTASTIC!!! We now have plenty of insulation in our attic after recent HVAC and duct replacement.UPDATE: We replaced aging, undersized (2.5-ton, 10 SEER) HVAC system with a 4-ton, 15 SEER air handler&Bosch heat pump this past February. Additionally, Green Attics came out in April, adding several inches of blown insulation to our attic (less than 2 existed above master bedroom). Since then, our electric bills dropped by half! Sept 2019=$425 vs Sept 2020=$205. Weve already saved over $1600, AND it is finally comfortable in all rooms! For anyone considering this type of investment, we are a testament to its incredible value.     I had a lot of damage to my attic insulation due to pests over the last 25 years. I called Green Attics and they inspected the attic the next day and made a recommendation. Within one week they had removed all the insulation from the attic along with all the pest damage, sanitized everything and blew in 18 inches of new insulation. They also installed new vents and a solar powered attic fan. the house is now restored to a condition that is better than original and much more energy efficient.     Jeff and Travis were friendly and addressed my concerns with blown in insulation. Pricing was competitive and worked around my budget. They removed my old insulation and new insulation was installed on time. However from a laymans point of view I had some concerns when I noticed certain areas were not completely covered and still had a little bit of existing insulation. Juan from Green Attics came by, inspected the areas in question and it turns out that the uninsulated areas were not in living spaces and not necessary to be insulated. He finished removing the existing insulation and even told me that additional insulation was added around the home during the initial insulation which was a bonus. His reassurance was comforting and would recommend Green Attics again!Updated on June 17th-Adjusted my review to 5 stars! Juan from Green Attics came by for a follow-up to make sure my attic was still insulated. He recommended soffits to further ventilate the attic and was able to get me a great price! Now my attic has ventilation and the soffits look great. Thanks again Juan!

    Juan Cruz came by and noticed MANY items our inspector did not. Our dryer vent was disconnected in the attic , soffit vents not sufficient, rodent activity, lacking insulation in many areas that the inspector once again did not mention. Juan gave alot of advice about things we could repair ourselves to save money and quoted us at accurate competitive pricing from what i researched ahead of time that we could not do ourselves easily. Juan also helped us with financing that would not have been possible without his help and advice. High reviews are definitely deserving.

    We had Green Attics insulate the attic of the 40-year-old house we recently purchased. Wed had all the insulation removed prior to putting in new HVAC and ducting and before Green Attics came and gave us an estimate. Overall, the insulation and radiant barrier look good. However, there were several minor problems that indicate there is room for improvement by the company.1) Didnt install batt insulation on the 2 pop-up around the raised ceiling in the living room. Apparently this didnt get added as a special line-item on the estimate. After discussion, they did blow in extra insulation to make a slope up to the ceiling of the 10-high room.2) Didnt install powered vent on day one as planned. When they installed it at the end of the job, they asked if they could replace an existing turbine with the powered one and I agreed so that the insulation they blew in wouldnt be messed up.3) Didnt seal all penetration points per the contract. I pointed this out and they sealed the one hole I took a picture of. Installer told me that most homes are all sealed which I believe isnt true (at least not for houses built in the 80s as ours was!!).4) Sealed the one thru-hole they filled with regular expanding foam (white) instead of orange, fireblock foam/caulk which I think is supposed to be used per code.5) Installed attic tent after blowing in insulation so for about a foot around the tent there is only about 8 of insulation.6) On last day, they didnt arrive during the 8-11 window that wed been told to expect them nor did they call saying they were delayed. I called around 12:30 and was told theyd be there by 2:00 which they were.All points other than #4 & #5 were discussed with their representatives as soon as we observed them. We were disappointed that the final bill didnt offer a price reduction to reflect the contracted work they didnt do. After getting the final invoice, we called about the work that wasnt done (# 3). They offered to either send someone out to seal everything or give us $100 off. We took the latter because we didnt think the small energy loss that could be saved was worth the effort of finding and sealing all the holes that are now covered with 17 of insulation! We would use them again.
