I was barbecuing sausages in my backyard and suddenly my stepdad came out with a towel yelling why there was no hot water. I told him that it must be my stepsister using all the water, but she was out of the house.I called John from GAS and he came to troubleshoot the same day. He found a leak in my old boiler. He went back to his truck and got his tools and fixed it in no time. I was very happy with the service even though my sausage got burned.The price was reasonable and we will call when we are ready for a new water heater.Thanks

I called to get help reinstalling my nest. They told me I didn’t need them, I needed a thermostat that’s more compatible with my system. I appreciated their advice, especially at the expense of a job for them!
