I called Gossett in the morning and left a message. My call was returned within 40 minutes. Jose Gonzalez, the tech, was at my house 30 minutes later. The outside fan motor was the problem. Jose was professional, respectful, and gave me my options. I decided to buy a completely new unit. I was not pressured to do so and Jose worked tirelessly in 100° heat to get the fan running long enough to cool the house down. Unfortunately, the motor kept cutting off. Jose was able to schedule installation for the next day.The installers, Edgar and Luis, arrived early in the morning and covered my floor first thing. Again, it was 100°, but they remained professional and courteous. They worked continuously until the job was done, cleaned up, and gave me the paperwork.The office staff, Michelle and Veronica, were very friendly and helpful.If I could give a 10 star rating, I most certainly would!Thank you, Gossett.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took the time to educate me on details that no other company would. The goal seemed to geared towards my education vs making a sale. I decided to use them for my new system despite being a VIP member of another account company. The purchase and installation process was super easy. My house is cool now and I couldn’t be happier.

Following a disaster of a situation with the first service provider sent out to service our old unit we decided to break down and get new unit. Gosseettt went above and beyond in terms of their responsiveness and we had a new Trane XL brought in as a replacement. Service techs Jose and Marcus were on time, kept me up to date and did a great job with the install. Highly recommend their services!EM

Service and responsiveness has been superb. We can always count on Lee to quickly respond and fix the problem. Compressor went out in extreme high temperatures and replaced by Lee and Jose very next day. Veronica is always helpful in getting service scheduled and keeps us informed.

Great service! We had an issue with a bad motor that was covered under warranty but the manufacturer was not being helpful. The techs made 3 trips out to our house to make sure it finally worked. I highly recommend this business!

Ms Michelle is the contact person at Gossett. She very pleaseant, and guided me through the process of dispatching the AC tech to my residence at the earliest time.Jose G arrived promptly, located the problem in my 2.5 ton American Standard comprssor unit immediatley, (faulty capacitor), and within a time frame of half and hour, got my unit running.This is pershaps the best company, in terms of honesty and courtesey, that I have had the pleasure of doing buisiness with. I highly recommend Gossett A.C.

Incredibly professional, honest, prompt and skilled. Veronica was able to arrange for a tech to come out to repair our AC unit same day - Lee, the AC technician was very knowledgeable, efficient and thorough! Pleased to finally have found a reliable and straightforward AC service company in our area. 10 Stars!!! Highly recommend!!!

As always excellent service from Gossett. Lee normally is our technician who we know and trust. Jose came out yesterday and what a wonderful, personable and honest young man who is a Marine Veteran. By the way Lee is a veteran as well. Gossett not only says they support veterans, they put action behind their statement. This company performs the necessary work without always trying to up sell you. They pride themselves on honest, professional and timely service as well as being a very patriotic and Christian based company🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

My 4.5 year old Trane in-house unit broke one evening around 10:30pm leaving us with no A/C on a hot and humid evening. The next morning I contacted Gossett and asked for help. Rhonda let me know a technician would be able to make it out sometime that afternoon and that she would let me know 30 minutes out. Later that day Jose stopped by, looked at the unit and said he would be back the next morning. Rhonda called the next morning, Jose stopped by 30 minutes later, fixed the fan (under warranty!) and was done! Excellent work by both customer service and the technician! Thank you!

Very good service. The service techs are top notch and the customer service was very cooperative in getting me best product for the least cost. I have used Gossett for over 30 years and they have been honest and fair. Highly recommend them to anyone.
