    I wish I could give this company 100 stars!! Let me start by saying if you are looking for an honest, dependable company that will go out of their way to serve the people in their community then this is it!! Our unit started acting up about 3 months ago, we called a different AC company to come take a look at it. They told us there was a leak and a broken valve, none of which were repairable, and that we would need a whole new unit ($10,000-$12,000). We decided to get a second opinion and Gore AC came highly recommended. I called and explained the situation to them. Johnny let me know that he normally does not service my area but that he would make an exception and come out anyway! He spent about two hours looking at my unit and found there was a wire that had pulled loose and a $100 part that needed to be replaced. When he left my home, my AC was working!! Johnny didnt try to get 1000s of dollars from us, he was very honest and upfront and we are so grateful for him and his company! It is very rare nowadays to find an honest, reputable company!!     As a past contractor and professional home inspector for over 20 years, I have met and worked with many HVAC contractors over the years. There is no one I recommend, more than Johnny at Gore Air Conditioning & Heating. You would be an absolute fool to do business with anyone else. Thank you Johnny!! We appreciate you!!

    I bought my AC from Gore March 2019 and have had them come do a yearly maintenance. Of course my old AC died on the weekend but Johnny was there Monday to see what was needed, and within a few days inside and outside units were installed and running, fixing several things that were not done correctly when previous unit was installed. This past Sunday evening my AC was not cooling, so I called left a message (expecting call Tuesday as Monday was Labor day) but a couple hours later I got a call back with instructions (and explanation of what happened) on what to do to fix the issue. It did and it was back to cooling like new.I would recommend Gore AC and Heating for any of your AC/Heating needs. Johnny is very professional, responsive, and competitively priced. Something else I do appreciate is that he explains why or what is happening in a way that I understand.

    Gore showed up on very short notice and resolved our issue in about 30 minutes! A/C was not cooling, technician showed up timely and was able to fix the issue for a very reasonable price. Technician was very professional, personable and friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience! If you have A/C issues, Call Gore!

    I can’t say enough good about this business and specifically Johnny. Very professional, experienced, knowledgeable and a man with high integrity. My A/C went out and he arrived at my home within 30 minutes and had the system up and running in less than an hour.

    My landlord left a negative review, but I feel it was unjust so I would like to respond by saying, everything was professional and overly kind in my opinion by waving the standard service charge, simply bc his customer didnt like what he advised. Mr. Gore came a day early when he realized the LL had angry tenants (for the LL taking too long to call anyone) to be seen even though he was busy. He did not even charge a service charge when he realized he wasnt going to be able to repair a unit from the 70s that has been breaking down for the last 4 years and finally gave out. Unfortunately the LL did not like to hear that he needed to replace the unit, but the 2nd AC company said the same. A new unit around $5,000 is not what he wanted to hear, but in no way did Mr.Gores performance falter. He actually was very kind not to charge a service charge to look at it!! Thank you, Mr.Gore, for your hard work.

    Our outside Ac unit broke 2 weeks ago. We had a different company come out and look at it. We were told that to repair the unit would be thousands of dollars and even more to replace outside and inside units. We decided to get a second opinion and called Gore Ac. The service response was quick and after he looked at the unit, told me it was just the fan motor that needed replacing. He saved me thousands of dollars that I would have spent if I went with the other company. He was very knowledgeable and honest about what needed to be repaired. We will be only going to Gore Ac for any other Ac/heating services needed. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

    Our service started with our drip pans overflowing! Gore AC came over the next day and flushed our systems and removed whatever has caused a constant drip for years!! He suggested some maintenance work on our outside units. I loved the fact he communicated with me prior to performing any services. Gore AC is extremely friendly and has supreme customer service!

    Johnny, the gentleman that came to fix our A.C was punctual who came at the time I had requested and did not keep us waiting all day like other guys would. He was very polite, kind, and most importantly, he was honest. He explained to my mother and I what he situation was with our A.C and was able to fix it in less than 30 minutes!     This company is right on spot. Johnny came out and inspected, diagnosed, kept me cool, until new system arrived. I am old school. We confirmed on a handshake alone. It has been over a year since the new system installed. Gonna have him come by and do a yearly check and rebalance system due to outside temps. Whenever you can support local businesses, do it. These are bonds that get you through the hard times, when others are out for quick cash. Gore will be my ac and heating contractor for now on. Cant give them enough praise, efficiency, dependability, honesty. Very satisfied customer.

    We had called another AC company in Dayton to come out and perform maintenance on our AC because we had been told last summer by them we had a small leak. We waited two weeks with follow up calls about someone coming out and was told we had AC and were fortunate others didn’t. They would call us when they were sending someone. I called Gore and someone was out the morning I called. Checked unit, drain line, cleaned and refilled what had leaked. Took the time to discuss what would need to be replaced in future and when would be the phase first replacement with upcoming remodel. Will use for all future needs and are no setup with a service plan with Gore.

    Extremely fast service and very professional. Called on Thursday afternoon and several other places could not help until Monday, Gore was able to stop by same day to assess the problem, very much appreciated since it was already 85 in my house. I will definitely call them if I have any other issues with AC.
