I honestly don’t think 5 stars are enough for the courtesy, professionalism and service I received.My journey that led me to here is due to Glen Pullman Plumbing.. Glen and his team have worked on my plumbing repairs the past year. Folks.. I bought a lemon house.This past repair was due to the hall water heater leaking under its closet door.. into others areas. A nasty surprise at midnight. Next morning.. he sent Dustin out, we decided for my sanity and best interest of the house was to replace the water heater (which sits in a closet under the indoor a/c unit).While Dustin is repairing the water heater, and it wasn’t connected correctly.. just a piece of the lemon house debacle. He looked into the a/c .. another nasty surprise.. see attached photos.Glen sends me the pictures.. my goodness.. I have been on a breathing machine, sinus tablets.. off work.Glen sends me a referral..Good Quality Heating & Air Conditioning.. Ms Christine. Of course.. I immediately call her. She is a gem! True southern lady. She explained everything to me of moving forward, she saw the pictures and had her technician, Saul come out the next morning.During this time that Saul is breaking down my unit, checking the outside unit.. he is showing me, informing me and instructing me on my units.** I do want to mention I’ve had the “heavy advertiser’s” you see on TV, come out 3 year’s ago that told me I needed new units.. $10,000-$20,000 range.At that time it was only needing a recharge to cool.Back to Ms Christine and Saul..Saul cleans both the inside and outside units.. throughly checking everything. I don’t need a $20,000 system. Just cleaned.. which was $600.(He did mention my coils are not exactly the right size for my unit, they’re working fine and not necessary to replace.)I highly recommend using Good Quality Heating & Air.Their service didn’t end when Saul left.. about 5 hours later.. he called to follow up with me. Making sure my home was cooling well and my family was comfortable.Ms Christine also followed up (it’s a joy speaking with her) making sure the service was completed and I was satisfied, and my family comfortable.These two companies care about people, it’s not hard sale pitches and scare tactics.. It’s understanding what people, and families need. It’s compassion and doing the right thing for consumers.

I highly recommend Cristina and her team. My homes AC went out in the heat of the Texas summer. I got a quote with another company and had a bad experience with lack of communication. Cristina’s was able to give me a much better quote. Her team came within 24 hours and corrected the previous companies work. As well as provided excellent service well into the night hours (10-11 pm) to ensure the AC was installed. I cannot recommend them enough. She went above and beyond to meet my needs as well as correct work that she wasn’t responsible for. All of this was also accomplished while I am out of state and have a tenant in the home. She coordinated between myself and the tenant to ensure everything ran smoothly. If you have any AC issues in San Antonio, I highly recommend Good Quality Heating and Air.

Cris helped us save money without sacrificing quality when we needed a new ac unit for my dads house. The service she provided was excellent! She even followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly a few days after the installation. This company truly lives up to their name and provides not only good quality but excellent quality. Later on, when we began experiencing issues with our own ac unit (installed by a different company years ago before we knew about this one), she was very prompt to respond and help us troubleshoot. We cant say enough good things about this company. They are a company that has definitely earned our trust.

They were fast and diligent. Informative and provided options that best fit my financial situation.Christina is an angel and wonderful to communicate with. She went above and beyond on teaching of the caring and maintaining for my unit after installation. Even assisted with providing resources that have saved me money with energy saving and property taxes of my home. Very grateful for their services and detailed work.

Had some water dripping from our furnace. Not only were they able to come out and fix it that day, but they to the time to explain what the problem was, and how to prevent it in the future. Highly recommend you give them a call for your AC needs!

Good quality heating and AC is the best hands down! Twice I was in an emergency situation in the summer where first time a part in my ac system gave out and Sal was very friendly the moment I called him and despite his busy schedule he made it out that same day! 2nd time was due to a clog in my system which shut my system off in the middle of July in the evening and next day Sal was there! Cristina also takes the calls and she is super friendly and very professional!They are very reliable and theres nobody else I will call when it comes to ac and heating. Give them a call theyre truly the best!

Arrived early and started work immediately. Very courteous and did a good job cleaning afterwards. Replaced an entire air handler and outdoor unit.
