    You cant beat them. Did an excellent job. Even gave me information on how to prolong the life of my ac unit. Took it upon himself to spray out the coils and clean the leaves out. Johnny is a great guy and definitely would recommend Gonzalez AC and Heating.

    Johnny has been to our home multiple times.     Our AC stopped cooling on Friday night while our adult children including our 3 week old granddaughter where on their way to visit. After calling other local AC companies, Gonzalez AC was the only one willing to come out on emergency service. Johnny arrived with in an hour and took the necessary time and effort to get the unit cooling again. We are very appreciative of Johnny’s willingness to step away from his family on a Friday night to ensure our family could be nice a cool upon their arrival after their long road trip. We highly recommend Johnny and Gonzalez AC and heating!

    Gonzalez AC & Heating did an awesome job. They worked hard ALL DAY to remove my old unit (inside and out) and install a new RUUD unit. They didn’t stop until my family had a working system.     We recently used GONZALEZ air conditioning to take care of some of our customers out of our service area and had a very good experience with them.     We showed up at our place in Hemphill Tx. 3-2-23 Thursday night to find our central ac was not working. Called Gonzales in the am, receptionist was very nice and helpful! Mr. Johnny was able to fit us in and was at my place around 9-10am ! He checked our ac and found the issue real quick. He walked us through and explained the part that was bad. Anderson diagnostic bill $200A/C company 2: Compressor is weak and you should replace the unit. $5900 - house temp was 97 C&S diagnostic bill $98A/C company 3: You’re a little low on Freon and get some coil cleaner and call me if you need anything. $323 - house temp this morning is 68 Gonzales.First 2 companies have been here for over 20 years.3rd has been here for 6.Integrity is everything today.

    A/c went out on a Saturday afternoon. Called our home warranty company, which requires 6 hours for a response. Got no response. It is now Sunday. Called another company which advertised as 24/7 service, never heard back from them. Called Gonzalez AC and they were here in 30 minutes...on a Sunday! I cant say enough good about this company. They responded quickly and fixed the issue fast. Gonzalez AC will be our go to company from now on!

    Our AC/Heating went out about a week ago. Called another company in our county and after paying the $85 service fee, our issue was MISdiagnosed. We were lead to believe that we simply needed a new thermostat (in which we had to buy and install on our own). Which was NOT the case. Leading to further damage and still no solution. We called GONZALEZ and they promptly responded and showed up to the rescue! For a very affordable price that COULD have cost us an arm and a leg, they replaced the thermostat, damaged contactor, a blown transformer and a blown fuse and explained in great detail every issue that he was resolving! He answered all questions and earned our utmost gratitude. We will from now on always use their great services! Much love!

    My husband called Mr. Gonzales and asked him to come out and check our 12 tear old air conditioning system to determine if it needed any repairs. Mr. Gonzales came out and checked it.
