Golden Air Conditioning did an amazing job! They were quick to respond and arrived right on time. The technician was friendly, knew exactly what he was doing, and took the time to explain what was wrong with my system in a way that made sense. He got everything fixed quickly, and even gave me a few pointers on how to keep things running smoothly.What I really appreciated was how respectful they were, making sure everything was clean before they left. The price was reasonable, and there were no surprise charges, which was a huge plus.Overall, I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Golden Air Conditioning to anyone who needs help with their AC.

Had a great experience with Golden. I was referred to by a friend whose late husband went to school with the family and had been using them for many years. Everyone I interacted with was extremely kind and helpful. Called the office and spoke with Sarah who was thankfully able to get me an appt. same day. Don arrived at my home to do an evaluation and was thorough, genuine, and very transparent during his visit. Right off the bat you get a positive vibe and instantly know you can trust this team.Ruben came the next day to perform a leak test and again, I was very impressed with the level of service, knowledge/experience, taking the time to do the test properly, answer questions and explain everything to me. He was such a pleasure to work with and I appreciated all of his advice, recommendations, and options on how I could move forward.Compared to another HVAC co. I’ve recently tried to use, Golden is hands down far more trustworthy and reliable. They won’t pressure you for things to the point where you’re uncomfortable (which I’ve gotten before from my previous servicer), and they are there to simply get the job done efficiently and done RIGHT. I’ve been a customer for over twenty years and Golden has consistently done a great job. Their employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I am also impressed that they come back after a few days for a Quality check to make sure everything was installed properly and to make any adjustments. They adjusted the blower motor speed to reduce noise.

Looking for new A/C equipment and service is never really something you look forward to and certainly not in hot locations like our beloved Texas, not to mention during the middle of our normal blistering summer season. I myself am a native born Texan and to be honest I often feel like many other fellow Texans have forgotten what super friendly people we were always known to be.Now I truly appreciate loyalty and dedication to customer service and satisfaction. I have a local car mechanic like that, and no I wont share their name with you because to be totally honest they already have more work than they can handle (per them). So when I needed a new air conditioner service provider I asked my most trusted mechanic to point me to a reliable company. They pointed me toward Golden and as always their recommendation was spot on.These guys went well beyond what I expected from a new service provider (new to me that is). Everyone I dealt with at Golden were friendly, courteous, and their service was super fast and very well done. I even had a chance to speak with one of the owners because I was concerned I might end up spending beyond what was budgeted for the project. Rather than some song and dance about how prices are soaring for everyone and I agree inflation right now is insane they actually worked diligently with me to find ways to save even more money without the need to sacrifice quality or quantity.Long story short the project came in well under budget and everyone here has remained cool with all the new equipment performing beyond our best expectations. I hate situations like this, you know what I mean - power outages, equipment failures, and storm damages, but in my opinion these folks at Golden are about the best youll ever find in our neck of Texas. Whats more, they remember how courteous and friendly Texans are known to be.If you have a particularly big commercial or residential project and need help with a tight budget the folks at Golden have great staff and managers on hand there who can truly help you manage it, both getting back on (or under) budget and on time too!

They did what they said they would do. I know, rare these days. Our AC went out. I know it had a leak and we would need new coils, at least. They priced a new outside unit and replacing the coils in the attic unit. Very fair price for well rated equipment. Showed up on time with equipment in hand. Knocked it out and we can keep our cool. Thank you for being a business of integrity!

Contacted them with water coming out of my water closet. Cleared the clogged drainage line and then washed the outside AC unit down too. I had the best experience with Golden. Our heater stopped working the day a cold front blew in. Our house was down to 50 degrees. They came out the day we called, found a replacement part for our outdated furnace, and got it fixed the same day. Very professional staff from the office to the technician that did the repair. We know our system is very old, but there was no pressure to purchase a new system. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs AC or heating service.

Golden Mechanical replaced our entire HVAC system. --- New unit in our attic, new unit outside, addition of a new heat pump and a new Smart thermostat.After our initial contact with them, they immediately sent out a technician with practically no wait time. (They even sent us a thank you card that was hand signed by all their employees just for contacting them! --- Appreciation like this is very rare these days!)Also, I want to note that James Wheeler went far and beyond what anyone would expect in educating us about not only what kind of system would work the best for our house, but also the pros and cons of each name brand and unit size, why the system we discussed purchasing is appropriate for our home, how the system works in conjunction with the age of our house, square footage, ductwork, current insulation, height of our faulted ceilings, etc. He never pressured us, was always professional, patient during the endless questions that we had for him, and he even made sure that we had his direct contact number so that we could call him directly should we have any additional questions! --- Wow and Wow AGAIN!James helped us with understanding our financing, had the system ready for delivery in no time at all and even personally came to our house to make sure that the installation of our new HVAC system in our attic and outside of our house was completed to his expectations.In addition, I must note that Golden sent four of their own employees/technicians to install our new system vs. workers that were outsourced from another company. The employees were very polite, professional, and so quite that a baby could have slept through the installation process. --- They even repaired openings throughout our old ductwork, installed surge protectors both in our attic and outside, an emergency shut off switch and helped us to understand our new Smart thermostat! --- They were unbelievably informative during the entire process so that we would know at all times what was taking place during the installation process!***** UNBELIEVABLY great experience!We are MORE than satisfied with not only the guidance and customer service we received, but also our new HVAC system!Thank you, James Wheeler, for not only being so helpful, caring, and patient with us and all of our questions, but also for making our house more comfortable than it has ever been in all the years we have owned it! ---Every recommendation you made definitely made a difference!I would recommend Golden Mechanical / Air Conditioning to all of my family members and anyone who does not want to feel like they are being taken advantage of, especially if you are unsure on how to select a new HVAC system! Golden Mechanical provides excellent service! I know their owner, Joanie Pace, personally and am amazed at the rave reviews I hear every week at our business networking meeting. They provide fast, knowledgeable service, and their technicians are paid a salary. They do not receive a commission or incentive to sell you more stuff. Their goal is to get you up and running as quickly and cost effectively as possible. I highly recommend them for your home or business needs.

I knew it was going to be time to upgrade my system and reached out to Golden Air. They came back with the type of system I wanted, at a price that was more than fair. I think mostly because of their buying power. System was installed in less than a day. They came back and put in a Remy Halo about a month later (had to be ordered) - again at a great price. I had forgotten that they dont include the first year of maintenance and called in May - and they came out and put me on an annual contract - again at a great price. System has been running great and my energy bills are lower.

In fact just the other day one of their technicians turned around in rush hour traffic in downtown Dallas to come back to Tarrant County and repair my home A/C system. Golden Mechanical have serviced my 2 a/c units for the past 3 years. I initially signed up for their maitenance program, since it was so reasonable and I just purchased my home however one of the units is fairly old. In the 3 years of maintainig, theyve only sent 2 techs to my home - they know my pets and are respectful and they have never tried to sell me services that I dont need. They are always on time. I was certain the first time they would service my units they would give me a laundry list of repairs needed, but they didnt. When I did have a/c problems since Im on the Maitenance plan, Im considered priority and I also receive discounts. It was still unbelievably low for the repair and it was in the hottest part of the summer. Its a not brainer! I referred them to my father in law who was quoted over $1000 for a repair by another company, Golden Mechanical charged him a fraction of this, and his unit has worked fine since and that was last summer. I will trust my home to no other A/C company.

Two other ac companys came out and wanted me to spend 12k to completely replace both ac units. Said just to fix it now would be $800. Golden mechanics came out and fixed it! Only charged what was need around 1/4 what the other ac companies said it would. Highly recommend dont waste time with the other ac companies
