I wanted to share how impressed I was with Gateway Air Conditioning. We had another company try to sell us an inferior unit which we didnt need. Gateway came out, identified a clog and water in the system, and fixed it in about an hour. They were professional, charming, and polite. I highly recommend them and am very grateful for saving us from spending thousands of dollars unnecessarily. I will be using them from now on in the future.

Updated July 2024I want to express my sincerest gratitude to the customer service I have received, from Gateway. Eva was kind and helpful in getting my evaporative cooler fixed, by scheduling an appointment as soon as possible. Ernie was the technician. He listened to all my concerns and addressed them. He has great skills and answered all my questions. They both should be commended.I have used their services before, and they have used common sense and great customer service.2018Geronimo helped be get the correct items I needed. He was very helpful and efficient.

The technician was very knowledgeable, efficient, timely and friendly. He answered any and all questions as a true professional. He explained exactly what would be done and the price was exactly as quoted. My situation was last minute, when we had a sudden cold front go through and they were able to get to me the same day. I would recommend them.

I have used Gateway Heating &Cooling for over 20 Years at my residence, rental homes and My 91 year old moms home, they are the absolute BEST in town. Honest, ethical and dependable! Outstanding customer service even after the sale. I recommend them very highly.
