They were very pleasant and ensured to clean up meticulously before leaving (probably even tidier than when they first arrived!) On top of all that, theyve consistently performed annual maintenance on my on-demand system. im planning to convert my fireplace from wood to gas soon, and theyll definitely be the first i think of when it comes to getting the job done in Spring. After consulting with four different furnace repair companies, i decided to go with waynes team. over the years, ive overseen numerous furnace installations in both commercial and residential settings. i can say without a doubt that this family-run business ranks high amongst the best experiences ive had. i am extremely pleased with the final results. the team was punctual and professional from the initial consultation through to the completion of the job. the installation crew, led by pedro and jerry, was courteous, diligent, and a joy to interact with. they demonstrated a high level of craftsmanship and efficiency. i opted for a variable speed furnace and included a uv filter (variable speed is a significant upgrade in my opinion). the air quality has improved significantly - it just feels fresher, with less humidity. its one of those things you dont realize youre missing until you make the upgrade. big shoutout to wayne, pedro, jerry (the real mvps) for their amazing work. im a customer for life and wish this team all the success in the world.

Right from the start, I felt a better sense of professionalism from Charles and Jerry. They couldnt replicate the original problem with the coolant leakage, so they left it as it was. However, they noted that the whole ductwork required revamping. I called them back to replace the leaky AC component and they were efficient in installing a new one.

We had a new heat pump a/c system put in place today. Everything went smoothly! Initially, we gave them a call in the afternoon and they promptly set up an appointment for early the next morning! That was extremely good news. They gave us a heads up at 7:45 to notify us that they were on their way, again, very good news! Wayne, the installer, showed up, introduced himself, and immediately got down to business. Maintaining a cheerful and friendly attitude throughout his time here. It was refreshing to meet a young, hardworking individual like wayne, who enjoyed his job and handled the intense heat effortlessly. Despite being drenched in sweat, he never lost his smile.
