    Gabriel and his team worked with me in finding a system for my home, were quick to respond to any of my questions and concerns, and continually communicated with me during the process. Gabriels team took care in removal and replacement, were courteous to my pets, and cleaned up afterwards. They provided best practices tips and saved space for the vent cleaners to do their job for optimal performance and installation. Highly recommend.

    Trust the good reviews because this company pulled through! I first went through a ā€œfriend of a friendā€ company who continued to tell me on three different times when he would show up. After having no AC on day 3, it was time to look for someone else. My bf and I saw the reviews and My bf contacted Gabe. Literally within less than 3 hours, he showed up early and fixed the problem fast. This will be our ā€œto-go-AC serviceā€ and the company we will be referring to our friends and family.     We have been working with Gabe for a couple years, he installed 2 new heat pump systems and they have been great. We signed on for the extended service agreement and they have kept things in great shape. They are trustworthy, and its always good to see them every 6 months.

    (2/18/2025)Our family has had the pleasure of doing business with Gabes Priority AC Service for many, many years. Gabe and his crew worked diligently to keep our original (25 year old) AC unit up and running faithfully until one hot July day about 10 years ago when it finally blew its last breath of cold air and needed to be replaced on an emergency basis.They wanted to make my pregnant niece (who was staying with us at the time) as comfortable as possible so they even brought us some portable AC units to help cool down the house until they could complete the job. Now that was OUTSTANDING service then and they continue to provide our family with outstanding service time and time again.Today two members of Gabes crew (Urban and Roman) did an excellent job on an Evaporator and Blower Wheel Pull and Clean for us. They were prompt, friendly, courteous and highly knowledgeable of the entire process. Now we are ready for the cold snap that will be with us for a few days and for our hot Texas summer which is right around the corner.With Gabe and his crews continued expert service, I expect our AC to be cooling us down for many hot summers to come.BTW: Gabe offers a great 3 year Maintenance Service Plan that is well worth the price! On this plan, our AC unit will be serviced and maintained regularly throughout the 3 year period and you even get discounts on other services that are outside of the coverage of the plan.     I am truly blessed and grateful! Gabe came out on a Sunday morning to assess my elderly parents home and soon after, installed 2 split AC/heating units with his amazing crew, Urban and Roman! They were all fantabulous! This is the beginning of a new relationship! The work may be completed but Gabe and his crew will always be there for us! They are all about helping people!     Gabe and his guys took pride in their workmanship, and they did the job for significantly cheaper than two other quotes I received.Gabe and his technicians did a great job repairing my AC unit. The original company I called said I had to replace my whole system (evaporator, condenser, and furnace) for a refrigerant leak. They were very pushy in trying get me to replace it all with them. I called Gabe, and he immediately found the leak, and was able to get it fixed for half the price of the other company. Not only that, but he noticed a couple things that were installed improperly during the original furnace install, and he fixed those things too.

    We had a great experience with Gabe as well as Urban and Roman who did the repairs. Everyone was very professional and answered all my questions. Gabe came over the same day I called him, which was a week earlier than the other places I looked into. The issue could not be fixed the first day so they lent me a portable ac to hold us over until the part came in. They were able to come fix my unit the next day. Excellent service and much faster than I expected.

    The tech took the time to do the proper tests to figure out the problem without doing unnecessary costly tests. Only suggestion is that they keep replacement thermostats on their truck.     Been trying to get Jon Wayne to come out for over 6 weeks was getting the run around again and I made one phone call and get someone to show up and take care of what I needed.     My AC unit went out. I called Gabes Priority Service and got an appointment thst same morning. Mind you temperature has been over 100 degrees. I have my 80 yr old mother living with me.
