My overall experience with Frostys hvac turned out to be great! They corrected their oversight in charging me for a part that wasnt needed, and said they would give me a refund. Antonio Del Sol, and Harold Goey did a fantastic job with all the repair work, and were very pleasant to work with, they were very accommodating and professional. I would recommend Frostys to all my friends.

I truly can’t express the gratitude I have for Frosty’s. Last night, my bank information was compromised and my account was completely drained to $0. This morning, we woke up to an 80° house that was only getting warmer.Maria @ Frosty’s might be my new guardian angel. Not only was she able to get someone out to me today (shout out to Sol! Drove outside of Frosty’s service area after hours and worked until well after dark to get us fixed up. I can’t thank you enough!), she understood the situation I was dealing with and helped with a generous arrangement to get us fixed immediately.It’s so rare these days to find a business with such a personal touch and the willingness to go above and beyond (after hours!) for customers. If you’re reading online reviews for an HVAC company, just stop here and call Frosty’s!

Ran into Omar in my neighborhood working on another customers AC units. I asked him if I can get a business card and he promptly did and told me all about their maintenance program. It sounded great and better than my AC installers program. I called the next day and the kind lady at customer service got me set up for the next day because it was the only day I was available. She worked around my schedule and I thought that was awesome. Omar came on time and worked hard for almost 2 hours. He’s very professional and kind. He explained everything he was doing and worked hard the entire time. They have a great maintenance program. After he left, I shared Frosty’s info to my entire neighborhood via our neighborhood social media group.

We have been trying to replace our furnace for a long time. Everyone else had denied us because we are retired and dont make enough yo get approved for financing. Maria took the time to help us get approved to finance our furnace. Within 24 hours our house was nice and warm. Maria explained the financing options and found the best one for us to get approved to replace our furnace. Thank you Frostys for treating us like family

Maria worked with me at 8 pm to get an ac system installed the next day. And although there was a problem with the condenser that was delivered Frostys did right by it immediately and my house has been nice and cool! The installers worked in 108* heat to get the old system out and the new one installed in one day. This company really understands how valuable good customer service is.

We have had a great experience with Frostys! Omar has come to our house several times in the last two weeks to fix our (very old) HVAC system, and after trying everything to fix it—to no avail—he and Frostys were able to install a new HVAC system for us less than 24 hours after we requested one. They are professional, punctual, knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. We look forward to working with them for years to come.

We called Frostys this morning, and a tech (Tony) was dispatched for same day service. He was early, which we appreciated. Our unit is more than 20 years old, and he dug in and found only a bad capacitor. He had the right part on his truck, and 10 minutes later - we had cooling! He then, as part of his service, cleaned both of our units and did a full checkup. Im sure all of this would be extra charges from the big names. Frostys installed a full system 18 months ago, and their service and quality is solid, no matter the tech that does the service, along with great costs! Frostys is heartily endorsed.

My unit stopped working after changing some batteries, thinking it was an easy thermostat swap out, this should have been a quick fix. Hour tops. 6 hours later they fixed a fuse, rewired, cleaned up and left in cheery spirits. System is back up and running! So thankful! Definitely recommend!

Our AC blew up during July when temps hit 100+. I submitted requests for quotes via Home Advisor, and Frosty called asking to bid the job. Overall they did a great job for a very reasonable price. Cleaned up the worksite and hauled the old unit off. I will use them for all our HVAC needs. Highly recommend.

Before I called frosty I was dealing with a lot of HVAC companies that weren’t honest and were just trying to make a quick buck out of me by overcharging for their services, my A/C was not running and I’d gone without A/C for about 2 weeks in the hot Texas summer. I finally decided to try Frosty after a friend recommended him. He came out and diagnosed the problem and walked me through on all the work that had to be done along with the equipment and labor costs. He fixed it and I couldn’t be more happier. I’d recommend him to anyone needing an honest HVAC technician.
