We found Frosty Mist on the internet today. We needed some help with our furnace and called Felix. He was nice enough to come two hours after our call. While he was here checking out the furnace we asked if he could go ahead and service our air conditioning unit for the summer. We were really impressed with him. He is the owner of company and we like having the actual owner do the work. He will definitely be our go to person for any heat and air needs. The charge was more than fair.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Felix from Frosty Mist Air Conditioning & Heating is a lifesaver! Seriously, this guy is awesome. He was funny, easy to talk to, and always kept me in the loop about when hed arrive and how long things would take. When my A/C went out (in the middle of July, no less), he answered my call on a holiday, booked me in for that same day, and was at my place within hours. Talk about quick! He even came back first thing the next morning with the part I needed, and he made sure it was still under warranty—so no extra costs. Felixs work was top-notch, fast, and affordable. Plus, he totally got how urgent the situation was and made sure I wasn’t stuck sweating it out any longer than necessary. A neighbor recommended him to me, and now I’m telling everyone I know—keep Felix in mind if your A/C ever gives you trouble!

My heater went out. I was worried because companies I called before I called Frosty Mist either didnt answer or could only come out within sometime during the week and I didnt know how cold it was going to get in the house until it was fixed. Then I called Frosty Mist. Felix answered and was at my place the same day- within the the hour. He diagnosed that the motherboard for the furnace had gone out. He replaced the part. Heater works great now. Work was done fast and price was great. 100% recommended.

Felix is very passionate about his work. He was the only guy who gave me an estimate over the phone, amongst 6 other companies I called. I had an AC tech already come in and diagnose the problem..it was an expensive job so I wanted to shop around.I called Felix and explained the situation. He asked me for serial number of the unit and then gave me a quote within an hour on email. I asked him to wait till I have quotes from few more companies. None of them were willing to give me a quote on phone. When the techs visited their quotes were really high. Felixs price was less comparatively.He scheduled an appointment for the next day when I gave him a go ahead.. Isaiah came on time, was very professional. Felix joined him later. Within 5 hours these guys fixed my system.I had doubts later in the evening about the functioning and I called him, he visited the very next day to explain me the system, and rechecked his work..I have never met someone who stands by their work so well, and is fair, knows his trade, and is truly a good guy.Highly recommended

Felix is so professional and so nice. My AC suddenly stopped working randomly on Sunday night and I called a lot of companies but none of them could come and help me right away. Felix came out on a Sunday when we had lost AC. He identified the issue and had what he needed on his truck to get the AC working again. He explained the problem and charged a fair price. It seems like a lot of the AC companies in Austin now have a model where they recommend a new AC unit if there is a broken part. I’ve become very skeptical. So, I was happy when Felix identified a relatively inexpensive repair. He did identify two less pressing issues as well, and I hired him to fix those 2 days later. He was professional, knowledgeable, and solved my problem in a timely manner for what I considered a reasonable price. I would hire him again.

If you need a honest, hardworking, fair, affordable, and local HVAC Master, you need to call Felix. Cant say enough good things about how he repaired a 25 year old Trane single stage hvac instead of trying to sell me a new unit. He repaired their unit as well...cleaning up the mess the previous HVAC contractor made when they initially installed the unit.
