    We had a wonderful technician (Brandon) who came out to our house on a weekend for a sudden heating issue. He was polite, on time, and very easy to work with. I appreciated his thoroughness and diligence. He walked me through the problem, did his best to save us money where he could, and got to the root of our issue. We were able to quickly get on with our day because of his timeliness and attention to detail. Good service can be hard to find these days, so I really appreciated his attentiveness. Highly recommend. :)

    Brandon and Juan came to my home and I had a great experience. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. Told me the issue with my heater in less than 10 minutes.     Needed an AC Technician as we were experiencing condensation dripping intermittently from the main vent inside the house. Freedom Heating and Air was referred to me by a friend so I called. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Hector was promptly at my door as scheduled. Professional and friendly, covered his shoes before coming in. I explained the issue, he went upstairs to evaluate the situation and took photos. He is the first AC tech to show me pictures while discussing his diagnosis and suggested approach with me. I really appreciated that! He immediately emailed to me a very affordable proposal.I highly recommend Freedom Heating and Air. They do a good job and treat you right!

    Hector and his team really worked to make this happen for me, went through all the financing possibilities to get it done. The installation went great, Shannon went above and beyond seeing that it was handled smoothly and as quickly as possible, even though there were a couple hiccups with my old wiring. My wife was Al’s super impressed with how clean the guys were. No sign left that they were even there. Top notch company all the way around.

    Freedom heating and air got a technician out within 1-2 hours of me noticing an issue and their after hours fee was actually cheaper than other businesses during hours call out fee. They were very through and explained things well. I appreciated the professionalism of their on call tech. Trey and felt he was knowledgeable when making his assessment.     Above and beyond service. We had a two week fiasco (not their fault) trying to fix and optimize a unit a different company installed brand new two years earlier. From refrigerant problems to not having enough return ducts to condensation issues, Hector and his team took responsibility for problems that honestly were way out of scope and pre-existing. More than anything, Im grateful that unlike with the last company, I know I dont have to worry. Even though the system was working before, a trained eye wouldve seen the corners they cut. I feel much more secure with Hector and his team.

    Freedom Heating and AirWe asked an operator in the commercial and industrial industry who they used for their home. It was Hector and FreedomFrom the initial consultation with Hector, he listened and sorted the needs we had on two separate homes, Mitsubishi heat/AC pumps and a conventional Trane HVAC unit total remodelling. We used them for a complete install and vents thru two homes. We told him the budget and we worked thru the requirements. It was about improving efficiency of units, longevity, and lowering monthly bills.The team of Shannon and Co. who had impeccable work ethic, turned up early and always alerted every AM via text when the guys would arrive. Professionalism, walk thru and tidy upon finish. Also made sure we were able to get any tax or electricity incentives . Couldn’t speak highly enough of Hector and his team. Tidy, worked hard, in gear.If their service is anywhere near as good as their install, we’ll be in great shape.

    The whole crew has been nothing short of phenomenal. I reached out to several companies before deciding to choose Freedom Heating & Air for my garage mini split installation. Kevin contacted me right away, was informative before showing up, came incredibly prepared by researching the layout of my house for installation, had informational pamphlets for tax deductions and the equipment, kept me up to date on who was coming and when, and I could literally keep going.The installation was quick, clean, and very accommodating to my short term schedule. To top it all off they were able to identify some other HVAC maintenance needs that I had been behind on and were able to assist with making sure my family stays comfortable this winter and upcoming summer.I will be going back to Freedom for ANY of my HVAC needs going forward. Some companies just understand how to treat and serve their customers and this is one of them.

    My wife & I are retired and living on a fixed income. Therefore, we consulted three reputable Air Conditioning companies to gain a better understanding of our options (tradeoffs versus cost).Of course, we need a reliable Air Conditioning system, that can be acquired at a reasonable cost.From the outset, Freedom Heating & Airs Technicians distinguished themselves by being more knowledgeable and truly listening to our unique needs. Although they were not the least expensive, Freedom Heating & Air was definitely the correct choice!On the day of the installation, the three-man crew arrived on time, they were courteous and professional (respecting our home). By the end of the day, they completed the entire installation, showed us how the new Thermostat works, and cleaned their work area (removing all the old equipment).Overall, from start to finish, Freedom Heating & Air did an OUTSTANDING job. They answered all our questions and held our hands throughout the whole process. If I could, I would give them Ten Stars!

    Freedom Heating and Air has been a godsend this summer. We have had struggling AC units in our home for several years. This year, we knew at least one needed to be replaced. We got quotes from several companies, but decided that Freedom gave us the best quality and warranty for the money. To start with, they came out and did a thorough analysis of our systems and gave a comprehensive report that detailed the issues, as well as quotes for repair or replacement. The service manager spent a long time patiently answering all of our questions and working with us so that we completely understood our options. Upon installation, the team came out and replaced both of our units in one day.They were very courteous and respectful. These guys worked non-stop and knew what they were doing. They were able to fix problems we didnt even know we had since the construction of our home. I cannot say enough about our positive experience with this company. Now I sit back and relax in my cool, comfortable home with quality air systems and the knowledge that if anything does go wrong, Freedom Heating & Air will be there if we need them.

    Freedom Heating & Air installed a new heat pump and replaced our coil on 6/30/23. You know how much hotter it has been in this billing period.     I called Freedom ac & heating after reading the reviews and watching the company video. They were very professional from scheduling with Susie to Frank G completing the job. They were able to come out the same day. I initially scheduled for an afternoon appt and was later contacted to see if I wanted an earlier appt due to a cancellation. Frank arrived on time, with a mask on and was very informative and professional throughout the entire time. I felt very comfortable with his thoroughness, repair and suggestions so much that I purchased a maintenance plan to continue to have this company maintain my unit. Frank was very considerate of not only my concerns, but also of my property. I was comfortable with the price that I paid as well. I felt like Frank was honest and the company is fair and not a price gouger, which is rare. This company appears to be considerate of customers, customer’s time and money, offers great customer service and makes you feel like they will take care of your needed maintenance or repairs the correct way, the first time.     I know we must have been with Hector since the inception of the company so I will leave it to him to say exactly how many years it has been. We have been through complicated equipment repairs and zone board installations and we have always been so satisfied with their expertise and devotion to keeping us happy.     We were having issues with our A.C. unit, which was not cooling very well upstairs at our house. Mike came out and did an initial assessment, explaining everything clearly. He provided options to resolve the issue, along with cost estimates for each option. We chose to have them replace our unit and take advantage of the upgrade in efficiency, newer technology and features. This company did an excellent job with the install, and was careful to keep the house clean after they were done. Of course, they walked us through everything, once complete, and made sure that they answered all of our questions. My wife and I were so impressed with their work and friendliness that we now plan to have them continue to service the A.C. unit each year.

    I went in Facebook and looked at 6 heating and air companys I decide on Freedom Heating and Air the other 5 companys came out and just told me the amount it would cost gave little or not detail information. With Hector@freedom Explained in detail the whole process of installing a new system answered all my question very professional and knowledgeable of the Heating and air services. He did pressure me to buy a system I called him back and said to I am ready and the came in did the replacement of my system and his crew and him did a Awesome job replacing my air conditioning system great professional and fast it took one day Im so happy to say that I will continue doing business with freedom heating and air For services on my air conditioning system maintenance.     I would highly recommend this company!!! My husband and I were out of town and our ac froze up again we had our kids, 6month old grandbaby and my disabled mother in the house on a Saturday. I asked my daughter to call someone and get them out asap and I am so thankful that this was the company that she called!! The tech that came out (Jose) was wonderful he got the system running good enough to keep everyone comfortable until we could figure out what we were going to do. He also spoke with me over the phone and explained everything and then they got me all the information so that we could make a decision! Everyone I spoke with was wonderful and when we made our decision it took no time at all to get everything moving we had an entire new system put in and Jose and his team did an amazing job! This company will now be the only company we use and will be the only one we will recommend to others!! I really cant even say enough good things about them! It is so hard to find a company that is truly there for there customers every step of the way but I can assure you they were! I would also like the boss of this company to know that Jose really went above and beyond and the team that came with him really did amazing work Thank you so much for caring about your customers and you have definitely earned us as a lifetime customer!!!     Our home had a older a/c system that died on us last spring. I was given Hector Gomez name on recommendation by a colleague. When I called we were in a bad place. My first surprise was that I got a real person when I called late at night as I was just expecting to leave a message. That was followed up by a return call from Hector that same night and consultation a few days later. We were given several options which were completely and clearly explained to us. Hector is very knowledgeable and was very patient with all of our questions! We ended up deciding to buy a new system. It was installed by Hector and his team. Everyone was very professional and was careful to cover all carpeting while working. They cleaned up everything inside and out upon completion of the install. They even went the extra mile of replacing our very well worn air vent covers! Plus Hector checked in with us several times afterwards to make sure that everything was running smoothly. In the months since then we have loved our new system! It not only runs much more quietly than our old one, its also much more efficient. We have gotten 2 electric bills since installation and they have each been $150 less than at the same time in previous years! I cant say how happy we have been that we replaced our system with Freedom Heating and AC! I would highly recommend Hector Gomez to anyone in the need of a/c repair!!

    They did an amazing job. It was a 3 day project with removing 4 units and drop down ceiling. They placed in 1 outside unit and 2 inside. My first night, i had to turn up the ac it froze me out. Also, the units are so quiet. I will continue my service with them to keep my units running well.

    My air conditioner recently quit on me and after speaking with Nick and Hector at Freedom decided to go with their deluxe package. They weren’t the cheapest but I felt that the service would be there after the sale. They showed up with plenty of people and completely changed out both of my units in a day. They came back two days later and cleaned all my ducts. One of the new outside units experienced problems After about a week and they got Trane on the phone and got authorization to change the entire unit out and did it the same day. I feel that I have received the white glove treatment that I expected. They seem to really invest into the training of their staff and it shows. If you’re looking for cheap they probably are not who you want, but if you want good service and equipment installed properly call them. I can tell you that the quality is remembered long after the price is forgotten

    Freedom has exceeded our expectations in more ways than one!! After several months of research and quotes from several companies, we finally made our decision and Im so thankful that we did! Nicholas, Hector and Shannon are the best! In 2020, Nicholas came to our home to replace some freon, thats when we found out that our AC & heating system was on the verge of breaking down. Fast forward to 2021, after the notorious Texas winter storm, my husband and I decided to go ahead and bite the bullet and get a new system installed. Hector was very hands on and helped us with all financing aspects from start to finish and made the process so much easier! We got approved through Wells Fargo and the very next morning, they were at our home ready to upgrade us! It only took one day to install both heating and AC systems and Shannon was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable with every bit of work and repairs made...from removing the old system to installing the brand new shiny one! He even helped us install an app on our phones that would allow us to control the thermostat from anywhere! Talk about an upgrade! Lol Yes, it was a pricey investment, but so worth it in the long run! Oh! BTW, I know this review is gonna bring alot of business so if you guys need any marketing or promotion help, let ya girl know! Lol But truly, we are very pleased...thank you guys for the great work!!!

    Daniel, Shannon, Diego, and Jose all were wonderful. Our heating system wasnt functioning properly during our coldest week in Texas. Daniel was able to come out, assess the situation, and provide options for a resolution. We decided to purchase a new system due to us having multiple issues with our old system.Shannon, Diego, and Jose came the following day to install the new system. It was certainly a tricky one that took much longer than anticipated but they were able to complete the installation. They also identified improperly functioning dampers and replaced them the following day. Our system is blowing much stronger than previously and is working great.Each of them were personable, professional, and most importantly punctual. I will continue to use Freedom Heating & Air for any applicable needs. Thank you all for your hard work!

    After being without heat for a week and trying to repair the furnace myself (and failing) I called Freedom Heating and Air on Saturday morning, The Day After Christmas. I was promptly greeted by Roxana who listened to my problem and assured me she could have someone there within 2 hours.Sure enough, 2 hours later Daniel arrived and listened to me explain what was going on and what I had attempted to do. He was very professional and went right to work. In about 15 minutes Daniel called me up into the attic and showed me that the transformer was bad. He explained he had one on the truck, but that he would confirm if the board was bad after installing the transformer. He allowed me to watch as he was testing the board and yes the board was bad and he could have one Monday. I asked pricing and he looked it up for me and then thinking to myself I have a 19 yr old system, I really need a new one. So I told Daniel lets talk about a new system. We sat down and he showed my wife and I 4 different Trane systems and explained each one and what pricing would be. At no time did he try and sell us anything. He answered all of our questions. We decided to go with the deluxe muilti stage system. He gave us a written quote. When asking him how soon could he have it installed? To our shock he said we could be here Monday morning around 7 to 7:30am.At 7:15 Monday morning a Crew pulled in. Daniel introduced everyone and they went right to work. My wife called me around 11 am to tell me how it was going and said these guys are so respectful and nice.I returned home around 5:30pm and the crew had just left. Daniel was waiting on me to do a walk around and explain this new very fancy thermostat. I am so impressed with the finished job. The quality of their work is above what I was expecting. From the attic unit to the outside unit to the clean up. I want everyone that takes the time to read this review, including the owner of this company to know, how much we appreciate the customer service and professionalism. From Roxana and Daniel to the crew that did the install. Thank you, you have earned a customer for life!

    Thank you Freedom Heating & Air for the work that was performed at my home. We had a dangerous carbon monoxide leak that your technicians discovered. My call was placed on a Sunday for service and by Monday technicians were at my home and diagnosed my issues. They arrived Tuesday early morning for the repairs and worked hard the entire day till everything was replaced and working. We now have a brand new heat system and feel safer with the updated equipment. The technicians were great & even made sure to clean up their work space after they were done.My family and I are appreciative that our heat was back up and running so quick. We will be using Freedom Heating & Air this spring to replace our air unit as well and for all future service needs.

Not only did Hector honor a special I inquired about on the last day they were offering (June 2019) it but it was also late at night when I called. I called freedom again Oct 29th bc my heater hadnt yet been turned on since we had just moved in, May of the same year. Nicholas came out the same day to inspect & try to get my heater on. The entire unit was pretty old and original to the house from the 80s. We definitely needed an entire new system but didnt have the means for it. Nick did everything he could to get us approved & Hector helped through the entire financing process. The remaining amount we didnt get through the loan is being financed through Freedom H&A which Edith at their office set up for us. She was very accommodating to what worked for us & Im very thankful for that. They went above and beyond! Carlos & his team started installing my hvac system the very next morning which we were very thrilled about especially since it was 32 degrees that day. Carlos explained & walked my husband and I through the entire process of learning our new thermostat & answered all of our questions. Hector stopped by afterward to make sure we were happy with everything & then the following day to drop off air filters. My house is now warm, cozy & definitely ready for this winter.... and summer!

    Very professional from initial bid through Instalation. I asked several questions during the proposal and agreement process and Hector was always quick to respond. The installation took about 9 hours with a robust crew of 4-5 technicians. I was able to communicate with them and ask questions and they practiced Covid safe procedures. After months of researching and 18 quotes later, my husband, a Navy Chief Logistics Specialist (hence the 18 quotes) stumbled across Freedom Heating & Air and found that they were the best. This is my 1st time EVER writing a review and below are the reasons why I just had to:- First Visit. Mr. H. Gomez was very professional, well-educated on various systems, family-oriented, and patient. He asked and understood our family needs (asthmatic kids) and budget (very low) and delivered the best system for us without even asking for previous quote amounts.- Service/Price. After months of paying $500 electric bills, a $1500 electric bill in the wake of Snow Storm Uri, which gave our system its final knockout, we needed something quick. They were the only ones with systems on hand and a full crew on stand-by for installation within a few days of contract. Whats crazy is there was 7 companies that gave us install dates as late as July 2021 and this was back in April; we wouldve still been here burning the hell up. Oh...and its the Warranty for Me!!!!!- Day of Install. The crew was AMAZING, they worked from SunUp to SunDown and was done in ONE day without leaving a spec of dirt behind.- After Install. I cant believe the Air Quality, how did we allow our kids to live in such filth. We purchased the Trane XV20 AC Hybrid and love it; the only negative thing is that it is very hard for me to transition from good air quality (home) to poor air quality (work). The cleaner, healthier air provided by our new system has me spoiled to the point that my Supply department had to purchase an air cleaner for my office at work to keep me from feeling light headed at work. The best thing is that only one of our boys have had to use the nebulizer once since the install.- To top it all off we received the Veterans, First Responders, and Teachers Discount.     Finally got our A/C fixed. Well, not exactly fixed more like replaced. Even tho our old unit still worked, it was just too small for the house. Now I want to share our experience with you all, because I know how sometimes we look for recommendations. We had Freedom Heating & Air come in to do the job. I must say we are very pleased with the quality of service we experienced. The company provided a detailed estimate as well as addressed any concerns. Because they install top-shelf brand names (Trane), we were expecting them to be more expensive than the competition. Not only did they underbid the other guys, their work was impeccable! The quoting and installation guys are friendly and professional, the A/C system is state of the art (better than the Nest thermostat it replaced) and energy efficient. I will be a customer for life and highly recommend Freedom to anyone who needs a new A/C system.1 year update: The systems (Trane infinity series) still work great 1 year later. Freedom has upheld their contract perfectly. They come out every 6 months and service the system FOR FREE. They even bring new filters. Their technicians are always knowledgable and professional.     They arrived on time every day ,worked non stop, had the old unit out of the attic with in 2 hours. Cleaned as they worked. The old equipment was taken away before noon. Rerouted some of the old duct work added some new ones. Insulated everything. Ran a new cold air return, the old one was to small. Installed new furnaceDay two ran new electrical lines, copper lines, hooked up a new drainage pan. Attached all vent lines to the furnace. Installed new air conditioner. Attached all lines to it.Day three pressure tested and sealed all vent lines from the inside. The new system worked as well as promised. Won’t be needing a blow dryer any longer 😁Will recommend this company to all my friends. Thank you for all that you have done. They even went through the house and swept it when they finished. 👍

    I have an AC guy. Ive also had the pleasure of working with Ellis heating and air. My AC went out last night at 9 PM and I wasnt able to reach my regular AC guy. I called Ellis who came highly recommended and left a voicemail. I called again this morning and left a voicemail and emailed and messaged on Facebook. A friend suggested Freedom and with pregnant wife and three children hot at home time was important. I called Freedom at 9AM and was amazed my call was answered on the second ring by Edith. She quickly informed me she would call a tech and call me back. Less than 30min later I received a call from Edith. She apologized for the delay in her response (as if a half hour was a delay) and informed me she reached the tech and he was currently on a job. She told me he projected hed be here between 11-12 (which I translated to mean 4ish). To my surprise the tech, Jesus, knocked on my door 5min to 11. He was not only quick, efficient and communicative he had our air on within the hour. Ive never had such a responsive and pleasant experience with a contractor in my life and I have relatives that are contractors.

    Summer heat is no joke in North Texas and being without A/C is 100x worse. I live in a Lease home and I called my landlord Lilly and express to her to have the AC fixed as soon as possible ,she soon after replied that her contacts were not available and that if I had any references.
