Excellent service! The Frankenstein crew commissioned our brewerys new glycol chiller. Alex made sure everything was properly wired and running smoothly. Great guys, would recommend for any refrigeration or HVAC work.

Alex at Frankenstein LLC is an outstanding HVAC expert. He is a true technician who understands the science behind heating and air conditioning mechanics. He prefers to to complete his work in the best way with long-term, high-quality solutions, instead of just “fast-n-cheap.” I have come to know that if Alex recommends a specific solution to a HVAC issue, he is going to deliver the best long-term configuration that reduces cost over time and ensures longevity of the system. On a recent job, Alex installed a new system in the closet of an older property. Upon completion, we noticed that not only was the new system installed nicely and working great, but we also had a new plywood shelf supporting the air handler as the old one was a little warped from years of age and humidity. Alex had acquired some new plywood and replaced the shelf base but my total price did not change. It was so nice to have someone willing to do some extra work to keep our system running right.From years of working with Alex, I have come to know that he is always fair and trustworthy. When jobs have gotten complicated, Alex stuck with me until we finally got it right. Alex is a pleasure to work with and very professional. He has helped me with service calls, repairs and full system installations. I trust him with HVAC work to keep our tenants happy and I confidently recommend him to our friends.

Frankenstein is the best. Knowledgeable with residential and commercial HVAC needs. Technician Alex diagnosed and repaired our walk in freezer saving us thousands of dollars on product. I will be calling Frankenstein in the future for all Hvac issues
