Great experience! From scheduling with Yvonne she was very helpful, caring and helped get a tech scheduled ASAP the same day I called. Techs were super helpful and knowledgeable, explained what he had planned to get it fixed and got it fixed in timely and efficient manner. Received a follow up call from Sophia and she was super kind and sweet and made sure all my needs were taken care of. Would definitely recommend using First Service for all your plumbing and heating and a/c needs! -

JJ was my technician, and Patrick, the executive, they both worked with me in the best and most accommodating ways. This company treated me so kindly and worked to meet my needs, repair my AC at an affordable price, worked with me through various issues, resolved them all to perfection. If there were 10 stars to give, I would give them an 11. I recommend their service to anyone in the Permian basin. The owner called me personally and solved all issues on my behalf. -

They were awesome, I called in the morning for them to do an annual service to my AC/Heater unit, (it was not an emergency) by mid-day Jose the technician called me to let me know he was coming the same day. He showed up and work in my unit. This company knows very well what customerβs sense of urgency means putty well.Great job Jose!!! -

Had a great experience with them. Ivon was very nice and did not hesitate to help me with a 3rd party. Also I believe the names are Justin and JJ who went out to repair our AC. Both of them were very nice and professional but Justin was extremely helpful and every question I had he answered. He also educated me on maintenance for our AC. Everyone was so quick to get the job done. I am extremely grateful for their service and will definitely be calling this Company again. Thank you. -

My experience with First Service was excellent. When my AC went out, they were able to get to me the same day when no other company I called could get me in for several days. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. I cant recommend them enough. -

I had a heat and air system installed by First Service. I have been very pleased. An American Standard duel compressor unit was installed. The installation was quick and professionally done. The work area was cleaned and the technician took his time to give me instructions on operation of the new units. My utility bills have gone down substantially! I would definitely recommend this company. -

Mr. Braxton did plumbing work at my house, and he demonstrated excellent skill, knowledge, and expertise. He went the extra mile which is greatly appreciated! Atmos Energy turned off my gas because of a leak in a yard line on Thursday. First Service came out Friday morning.In all my years I have never seen a job done so quick, and so clean. They didnt tear my yard up and it only took them half a day. I give them (Fred) a thumbs up! -
