    I had a problem with my ac not cooling and I was able to be serviced the same day. Carlos came out and changed the capacitor and was very efficient with his work. He had my ac running in no time! I’m very happy with the service and will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

    I called Fierce for an issue with my AC not cooling Hunter was able to come out within the same day and figure out my issue. I was able to get fast and easy service. He was able to answer all the questions I had and put my mind at ease I had previously had a bad experience with another company before them giving me the run around but Fierce exceeded my expectations I recommend them and hunter.

    Our home warranty company sent out Fierce when our AC went out during 100 degree weather. So glad they did. Although the warranty company denied our claim, Salazar was very thorough in explaining the issues and repair. He took time to call me and answer ALL of my many questions.He was very patient and understanding and he and his team definitely gave 110%. He went above and beyond so that we were able to have working AC the SAME day!I absolutely recommend Fierce Mechanical Heating & Air. Give them a call. With customer service and repair expertise like that, you cant go wrong!

    Would highly recommend these guys they are very professional and knowledgeable individuals . I spoke over the phone with Noel and he managed to get my ac serviced same day. My service tech was GC and he was quick and efficient as well!

    The service team did an excellent job installing the Evaporator Coil and cleaning up after they were finished. They explained to me about the new type of refrigerate going in the system and if there is ever a leak; the whole system would have to be replaced. They sealed the unit so that we wouldn’t have any more attic dust being blown into the house causing us to cough and sneeze so much. I would recommend Fierce Mechanical AC & Heating, the service tech were very friendly and courteous.

    I would give this company 4.5 stars if I could. Im not giving 5 stars because, I had to have a return visit. Although I needed a return visit, Salazar made us a priority. He came the same day, although it was pass their hours of operation. Salazar is trustworthy, and he stands behind his work. Doing a good job, and producing satisfied customers seems to be a goal he strives for. It feels good to meet someone who is not out to suggest unnecessary repairs just to get money, and is helpful in affording the ones that are necessary. I will definitely call on this company in the future.

    Technician justin was remarkable. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable. We called fierce heating and air to get a second opinion on my AC problem. Justin informed me immediately of the issue and that my unit was still under manufacture warranty. He called in the condenser coil he had it ordered, picked up and installed same day, From now on I know exactly who to call the first time, thank you Justin!

    My AC unit stopped working properly one day ago. I was assigned a tech from Fierce Mechanical. He came during the early part of the window, assessed the situation and fixed my AC in 20 minutes!!!! The techs name is Carlos and he is awesome! I love Fierce Mechanical!!!

    I’ve had Misael service our place for years. We have 3 units and our zoned unit is complicated. He has always and still continues to be the only one to quickly diagnose and get our system working. Having been through multiple companies, I’m glad he finally opened his own.     So incredibly thankful for Fierce Mechanical! Our system was leaking water and messing up our ceiling so we called fierce heating and air, Jacob came out and found that our ac drains were clogged, he quickly flushed them and even added a water safety device to prevent future water damage. I highly recommend Fierce heating and air to everyone in need of hvac services!!

    Thank you for your help. Omg the staff was so nice and friendly. They was not only friendly but showed up earlier than I expected I highly recommend this company. I would most definitely use them again. Had another contractor here 2 days ago and they didnt do anything. They had to come and fix what the other contractor said that they did. Thanks to Salazaar, Justin and the other guy that listen to me while I just kept talking and complaining about the other company. He was a great listener thank you. Thank you for your help

    We’ve been without air last 3 days, it’s HOT here in TX. Our home warranty folks (Choice Home Warranty) took an entire day an a half to get someone scheduled. Took my hubby to call them several times. Fierce called us last night to confirm and when we mentioned was already 2 days without air, he promised to be out by 10am. He was here in our home at 9:30am. He found problem (compressor went out), put in a new one, checked system also in attic to be sure all good. He had air back on and was gone a little after 10am.
