Been coming here for about a year. Had the luck to be helped by a gent named Frank ( actual name Franklin Martinez).He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his craft and is eager to help with all my question.This is my go to spot, I will continue to send folks to Ferguson.The ladies in the back are also amazing. Glad to have found this little place.

It’s 100 + outside. All AC business are booked up for days. Of corsemy upper AC unit went on the blink.Did some reading and went to get the parts. Ferguson was the closest business. The person helping me was Franklin Martinez. He was very helpful and got the right parts and a reasonable price. A big Thank you to him for getting us all cooled off. Ha.Thank you.

Great service and very friendly. I am a home owner here in Fort Worth and after finding this place it is the only place I will go to for any of my HVAC needs. They have been the most helpful from the very start. Troy has been able to answer any question I have and is very knowledgeable. They seem to have everything you may need in stock and the prices are on point and you have the added benefit of shopping locally. Thank you Ferguson Staff, keep up the great work !!!!!! I explained a problem that I was having with my exterior ac unit and the replacement part needed to find ac happiness for my wife. Thanks Frank, you saved me a lot of dinero.

Franky is a great class instructor, very friendly and a fountain of knowledge! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻I just wish I would of had an EPA study book before taking the class to make the test a lot easier.
