We have been using Felix Air Services for a little more than 10 years and I wouldnt use anyone else. Jerry and Tony are knowledgeable and do a thorough job, to include the replacement of our decades old unit that went kaput. I trust this company to be honest, fair in pricing and do professional work.

We had an issue with our heat pump right before Christmas and we called Felix Air Services, as they were one of the highest rated companies we could find. We werent disappointed. One of their teams was able to expertly install a new system within days, giving us peace of mind during the holiday season. We ran into some minor difficulties when applying for the CPS rebate for new systems, and our questions and concerns were answered over the weekend, with the final disposition on Monday. If we can continue to expect that kind of service after the sale over the next several years, well know weve made right decision.

Had an excellent experience with Felix Air Services. Felix explained in detail the work, and material that would be installing. Took pictures the before/after and explain in detail the warranty for parts and labor. The whole team were very professional. I would recommend Felix Air Service to everyone. Very pleased with the work and cleaned up after themselves and left the place very clean and spotless. Im a VERY happy customer.100 percent satisfied.

My grandmothers unit was having issues. I called around to practically every hvac company in SA and Felix air services was by FAR the most affordable and they showed up same day within 2 hours of my call. I am one who researches companies I do business with and Felix has many great reviews, so I contacted them. From the moment I spoke with the initial contact, I felt welcomed with a very friendly and enthusiastic voice. Within a matter of a few days, Tony was standing at our door and gave me a very reasonable estimate for replacement of our attic air handler. He explained in detail every step that the job entailed. The work was completed within 2 days, corrected some things that hadnt been done by the original company that did the installation, and left all areas totally cleaned up. Trust me, you wont go wrong with this team!

Felix Air Services was highly recommended to me. I called them and spoke to Jerry and he sent Tony out that evening. I received a reasonable quote to replace my AC. A new American Standard AC unit was installed next day. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and worked diligently to get it done correctly. I am incredibly impressed with everybody I spoke to and or met with this company. It is obvious that they truly love what they do and care about doing the job right and ensure customer is happy. Fantastic experience. After almost getting scammed by Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing I spoke to Felix directly and he was able to get to my house within 2 hours and fix the problem for a fifth of the cost of what Goettl was wanting me to pay. Bottom line was it was a bad circuit breaker pulling in only 110 volts vs 220 volts. Goettl was trying to upsell a compressor saver kit and a capacitor which was all working properly. Very honest business owner. These are the kinds of businesses we need to keep around and get rid of scammers like Goettl.

TLDR: Best AC Service we’ve ever experienced.AC Prob/Solution: Primary AC drain pipe wasn’t draining, causing the secondary AC drain pipe to drip constantly. Tech blew air thru the lines and cleared the clog.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We are homeowners. Tony was our technician. Tony was thorough and seemed like a really good dude who cares about the work being done. He took additional time/effort to explain how AC systems work, troubleshooting techniques, and even walked us through how to service/maintain our specific system. I highly recommend Felix Air Services for anyone who needs a new AC or AC maintenance. Felix Air is everything you will want in an AC company. A good Owner with really good employees. My AC went out on Saturday 9-02-23 right before Labor Day on Monday. Which meant no AC parts or work would be available until Tuesday. I called Felix Air and the Owner immediately responded with a Saturday visit and diagnosis. The problem was a bad heat pump motor, but since my unit was over 20 years old, I elected to get a new system. I had cool air by the end of the day Tuesday. I feel very fortunate to have used Felix Air Services. I received great service at a reasonable and fair price.

He came on time and found only a capacitor was preventing the fan to come on. I expected a more serious problem and would have paid much more just to get the a/c back operating. I contacted this company close to closing time because my thermostat was turning on and off and after we replaced it, the ac wasn’t working. They weren’t able to send anyone out that night, but Jerry offered to see if he could help via text since he thought he knew part of what the issue was and worked with my fiance to figure out a fuse was blown. We still wanted someone to come check everything out since that solved part of the issue, but not the original problem. Tony and his helper Isaiah showed up within the timeframe that I was told they would be there. Tony took the time to answer my list of questions and diagnose the issue. He figured out not only what the original problem with the thermostat was, but also why my house doesn’t cool properly. Everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand and he continued to answer my multitude of clarifying questions. I will be using Felix Air again and will recommend them to anyone who has ac repair needs because they truly went above and beyond and I wish there was an option higher than 5 stars.

Came home to a hot house and after trying to fix it ourselves, we called Felix Air Services. He came over in about an hour and identified and fixed the problem and we don’t have to suffer in a hot house tonight! Very reasonable on price and very thorough on work. Made sure we knew what steps to take to prevent it from happening again. This is the second time we have used Felix Air Services and last time they saved us from a terrible AC install (wired wrong). Great company, great work, will always use them for all our AC repairs and maintenance and if anyone asks…we will send them to Felix.

Invested in a new unit with Felix in Feb this year. Entire system was replaced and installed in one day. When heat outside came our home is cool all of the time with a setting of 80 during 100 degree weather. Our CPS bill is down over $100 per month from the previous summer. I recently purchased a home and earlier in the winter realized very quickly I had unwelcomed guests in the attic, and promptly eliminated them. Unfortunately, on their way out, they chewed a hole in the AC drainage pipe, causing it to leak through the ceiling. I called Felix Air Services after reading many reviews and different companies and I was not disappointed in the least. They came and diagnosed the issue and began their work. They could not reach the pipe and had to reroute. They explained to me what they had to and were thorough in explaining the process, answering all my questions. And then the dreaded question...what will it cost? I was pleasantly surprised by the quote and know that many companies would have charged much more. And their work was quality. Everything is working great! If your looking for professionalism, quality work, and a fair price, then you wont be disappointed. I highly recommend this company.

Im very assured now whom to call for my future AC service. 5 stars are not enough to rate this TOP quality, HIGH integrity, VERY thorough, VERY reasonable and VERY skilled professional company. Jerry, the owner, is very personable, and very experienced professional who will go far and beyond to make his customer VERY satisfied. Have I mentioned HONEST? I have a house that was built FIVE years ago. The AC brand is GOODMAN. Just recently starting July 7th I had a hard to identify problem with my AC which lasted 8 days to fix….It was working ON and OFF, stopping every few hours while poorly cooling the house. I had 2 popular highly rated companies to come 4 times total to just WRONGLY diagnose the problem, charge money for the service calls and one company do USELESS repairs! My expenses were totaling in $600+ and mounting….. There more, those companies were recommending me to change the compressor and the whole unit itself if that would fail too! NOTE: AC wasn’t properly working for 8 days in this heat with 2 nights no AC at all! Jerry and Tony was very professional, prompt and efficient in their communication. He helped to diagnose the problem that wasn’t related with the outside AC unit itself! I will ONLY use this company to do any work and maintenance on my AC not worrying that someone will charge me for the wrong diagnoses and repairs, and also while doing so jeopardize my system so they have a reason to come later and “fix” it. As I can see from my experience and many others its a common problem in this area.Highly recommend FELIX AIR CONDITIONER sevice, especially in an emergency situation.

I have two 3 ton units. They are ten years old and have been a problem for the last two years. I have had numerous companies come out and say yea you have a problem and then they add Freon at around $350 and say let’s wait and see. The last one that I had out was Felix Air Services and they added the Freon and suggested that we review our options. He checked the warranty on the old coils and it had expired. We could replace the coils or replace the entire unit. They offered a competitive price to replace both units entirely with Trane compressor, coil, and furnace. I agreed to that and we set up a schedule to have it done. It was done at the time we scheduled and the work was very neatly done. I could not find any shortcuts that they took. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has AC problems or just needs their units serviced.

Felix’s Air Service is a company that I’ll definitely recommend to anyone that needs repairs or replacement of their A/C. Felix came out on a Sunday to check our heater. Turns out we needed our A/C unit replaced because we had a gas leak on a unit that was about 30 years old. They were back on Tuesday with the new unit. They had everything up and running in no time. Our first experience was amazing with Felix Air Services! We called around 5pm on a Friday and he came over in less then an hour. He changed our filter and told us the problem and charged only a small service fee. The second and third times weve had them over were at our new home for maintenance and small repair. Immediately responsive. The tech listened carefully (though the unit is 20 years old, I DID NOT want to discuss buying a new one if old-trusty was worth repairing). He looked over units inside and outside, came to conclusions, did calculations and presented his proposal for service. For about $300 less than a competitor Felix Air did everything to ensure that the AC was cooling efficiently. They also warrantied their work with the exception of freon which was needed due to a small leak somewhere in the unit. Good service, high level of expertise, did what was needed, charged a fair price. What more could you ask for? Im happy and do not hesitate to recommend them to others.

The home warranty company just kept patching it, but it was breaking down every month. Tony and Jerry Hernandez recommended a system at a reasonable price, and the system was installed within several days (could have been sooner but I couldnt be at the house before then). They came at the appointed time, completed the job just about in the time they said it would take, cleaned up everything. Then Tony went over the system, told me what to do as far as preventive maintenance, etc. Just a great experience. Would highly recommend this company.
