Farrell Plumbing and their plumbing technician named LB saved us. We had a plumbing emergency late in the afternoon. We worried that we would have to wait until the next day to get someone to fix it. But the helpful woman, who answered the Farrell Plumbing phone, had LB at our place within an hour. LB did the work the way we wanted it done. And our water was back on, and everything was back to normal, just an hour after he arrived. We recommend Farrell Plumbing.

LB saved the day! We’ve used Farrell Plumbing in the past and their tech, Jody L., said to call him directly the next time we needed a plumber and wrote his number on the back of their card. Well that’s exactly what we will NOT do again. Our main water pipe broke during the freeze and he returned our call the following day promising to come that afternoon. Three days later, we still had no water and no Jody. He never showed, never called or texted and ignored our messages and calls each day. I contacted Farrell Plumbing directly and within an hour and a half LB was at our house replacing our pipe. LB knew exactly what to do and saved the day…FAST! Thank you, LB! :)

Called for plumbing issues. L B came within 45 minutes. Located problem immediately. Had to go get parts but due to my busy schedule for the rest of the day, he will be back first thing in the morning with the parts and fix my problem. It was nothing that had to be fixed today (nothing really urgent) so I’m a happy camper. L B just came back to finish the job. Very professional. Cleaned up after he finished the job. Made it a lot better than it was before. Will be asking for him in the future. Takes great pride in his work.

Lucky enough to have worked with Patrick. He was wonderful, responsive, courteous, and professional. He was able to effectively diagnose the issue with my water heater and replace it. The schedulers and the office staff were also able to work with our schedule and we couldn’t recommend Farrell plumbing anymore. Stop looking now and call Farrell!!!

I had a problem with my Kitchen Faucet. I called Farrell Plumbing & Cooling Inc. and told them what the problem was with it and they had a tech come out and check the problem. The faucet was under warranty and they had to file a claim with my insurance to resolve the issue with the faucet. My claim got approved and they replaced the defective faucet with no problems. I am very thankful to them and there staff for helping me with this problem. The tech was great and very polite. They are my #1 plumbing and cooling company and I will always call them when I have a problem.

I have used thier services 6 times in the last 8 years and I shopped around calling very many other companies and 5 of them were going to charge me more to just come to my home rather they fixed anything or not than Farrell charged me to actually fix my plumbing or A/C problem

Had an emergency with a busted mainline tried to repair myself ended up costing me 150 bucks.Got a quote from another plumbing company for $2500 they said they had to break the whole brick wall to get in and repair the damage I decided to get another quote and went with this company and they charged me 140 bucks and took less than 5 min. To repair. They responded right away , reasonable and honest price and diagnosis very happy with the repair.

My moms water pipe broke under her home thanks to the winter weather all of South Texas. Called Farrell and the sent Jose out and he got it done! What an awesome team! Now my mom can sleep easy. I had an AC issue for my residential home and after calling several HVAC providers, Farrell Plumbing & Cooling responded the fastest AND the best. One of their competitors actually laughed at me on the phone and shrugged me off stating they would call me tomorrow. Well...guess what...that company never called me back...and Im glad. Farrells technician was prompt and professional and explained the problem well and proposed solutions to my AC problem.
