Our upstairs A/C unit went out June 26, and we were trying to get it fixed through our home warranty provider for three weeks. It was a long series of unreturned phone calls and no status updates--and sweltering hot weather. Finally, after three weeks, I was told that the motor hadnt even been ordered yet and it would be another 30 days because it was on backorder. Frustrated, I reached out to Richard at Falcon Air, and not only did he find the part in a half hour, but he was free to install it the same day! Richard was punctual, professional, attentive, and so supportive during this stressful time. The install was quick and painless, and our unit is working like brand new. We are so grateful and happy with Falcon Air and definitely use them again!

My Daughter gave me Falcon Air phone number because I had a bad experience with Champion Air because they told me my furnace didnt have a warranty! And I told it did and they said sometimes the company that sold us the furnace they forget to registered it so I want to find out what price for a new one if I wouldnt have a warranty they told me it would cost me 7500.00 dollars so I called the manufacturer and they told me it was under warranty. So thats I called Falcon because they were honest and they gave me a good price too fix it its like the technician Richard said to me honestly comes a long way.
