    Von did an excellent job. He cleaned the furnace the fans the coil the filter area had pictures of everything cleaned. Check the plumbing did a fabulous job. Did the outside compressor found a pitted contact switch and we went ahead and replaced it while he was here and he just took care of everything. I was very satisfied with what he did hope to see him in the fall for my furnace check up.

    First off, Von came out on a courtesy call to inspect my AC unit. I thought it was malfunctioning. Von not only remembered coming to my house 2 years prior, but recognized the now 28 month old dog that he had met at a mere 3 months! After a thorough inspection, Von was able to explain to me and educate me on what was concerning me. Nothing wrong with the AC unit! He went above and beyond by noticing that my hot water heater was leaking and asked if he could call for an Evans plumber to come inspect it. Since I’m a member of their plumbing program, it was no cost to me for the inspection. Clay arrived shortly after Von left and informed me fully of the situation and proceeded to give me options with no pressure. Three days later…Courtland did an outstanding job by installing a new hot water heater for my home and removing the old. He was punctual, courteous , professional, friendly and thorough. He was patient and communicative as we completed paperwork for payment. Evans even sent out an AC guy, Chris, in case there was a need to manipulate the AC pump in the process, which there was! I feel good knowing the job was done right! Evans is top notch!

    My delightful experience began with Robert in sales. He came over to give an estimate for a replacement HVAC unit. He went over, in detail, all that American Standard units offered.I thoroughly questioned him and was very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism.We negotiated via phone for the final pricing and SURPRISE!!! Evans needed to install the new unit the next day.Robert made sure the deluxe unit was available (it was).The next day (7/31/24) the installers arrived on the agreed time and immediately went to work. Shawn Alder and C. J Bogensneider are the textbook examples of excellence required for a highly rated company and the service given.These men are meticulous, fast, knowledgeable, personable, respectful and work very well in tandem. I feel like Shawn went over and above with the installation and C. J. had the outside unit and cement pad set up extremely fast.They worked throughout the afternoon when the lack of A/C was seriously felt inside the house and neither of them complained, not even jokingly.I felt so comfortable with them that I went to Walmart and was gone for a couple of hours. When I got back they were still working.I could praise these guys for hours and wanted the bossman, Steve Gregory, to know what kind of guys he hired.I dont leave recommendations lightly and very rarely so for me to take my time to give a 5 star review means a lot.Thank you Robert, Shawn and.     Called Evans who promptly sent Tech-Vaughn out. Was courteous and respectful. Verified issue with air handler , explained repairs needed as well as other issues that could be involved. Luckily was just the original concern. Had the part, made repairs and confirmed no other issues. Great Service.

    Chad was great!! Called 20 min. before his arrival. Was diligent in replacing the new part for our heat pump, educated me on emergency heat settings, and was courteous and friendly.     Excellent and prompt service. This is the second time I have used Evans for a plumbing project. Both times Cortland was our plumber. He is competent and courteous. He quickly secured a new faucet and installed it. Very satisfied with the response and quality of work. I definitely will use Evans (and hopefully Cortland) again.

    Lets just get this out of the way. Mr. Robert came out and made a promise to my wife and I about what we could expect, 10 of them actually, and his guys lived up to those expectations set forth in our initial meeting and actually got ahead of any questions I could have thought up at the time. Literally nothing they havent seen. Then CJ & Shawn were awesome. These two went above and beyond what we expected and answered every question either my wife or I had during the nearly 9 hour installation. Methodical and precise would be the most accurate way to describe their work. Yes, it was expensive. But you pay for what you get. An entirely new outdoor unit with a heat pump and furnace on a new pad and platform inside along with a new inlet for the air. It was a pretty substantial job, and they were as professional and courteous as could be. If you are on the fence, just think about what your peace of mind and comfort is worth. I work for a living, and knowing that my home will be comfortable when I get back is one less thing I have to worry about. The same goes for my wife and kids. Their comfort is as important, if not more than mine. Evans Air provided that to us with a warranty that matches their quality of craftsmanship. We will definitely be using them from now on and recommending them to whomever will listen. 5 out 5, easily.Sorry, we forgot before photos. But this is such an improvement that its almost embarrassing how it was installed before by whomever built our house in 2007.

    I have updated this post as they once again exceeded expectations and picked up the old concrete pad only like 12 hours after I posted my review.I will gladly recommend Evans Air to anyone I meet.Shawn and Ezekiel showed up ready to work. They went over what exactly was to be done with me before they started. Then they made sure that all of my floors and carpets would be protected by putting down drop cloths. I liked this as I have never had an AC replaced and realized how dirty it was going to get real quick. I have 4 small children and I never felt like any of them were going to step on anything or get into anything.They did their best to take things out as they needed and as they were used to limit the amount of things in the house. They explained about some additional things that had to be changed and did them with no additional charge. Poor guys were here 13 hours and not once did they slow down or complain. When they chatted back and forth to wach other, which was usually only about the install, they did so with kindness towards each other. I appreciate how they treat each other because we look for companies who not only install quality product but treat their employees and each other with respect.Other than their superb install job I am most impressed that Ezekiel allowed my 8 year old to watch him install the outdoor unit and allow my son to ask a million questions and Ezekiel answered his questions with kindness and patience.Thank you Evans for an amazing job and making it a smooth process.

    Tim with the Original Evans Heating and Air came out and replaced a part on our unit. We appreciate his efficient work and courtesy. We had been told to replace the indoor unit and that the warranty was void even though it was installed 5 years ago. We are so thankful for Tim giving us his recommendation and we are very happy to report the parts were covered under the manufacturer warranty and we only paid for labor. We are extremely grateful and happy with this company and highly recommend them!!

    Our HVAC had never experienced an outage in the 8 years we have lived here. The morning after you checked it, it wasn’t blowing air . An Evans technician found a blown fuse and replaced it..     My heat decided to stop working in the middle of the night ☹️so I called first thing the next morning and Seth was able to come out as soon as I got off work. He took his time checking the entire system and took pictures of everything so that I could see what he was talking about. Unfortunately I ended up needing a whole new A/C system but Seth was able to get me scheduled for installation the next morning at 8:30. Shawn and Ezekiel ( not sure if I’m spelling it right) showed up on time and worked the entire day to get us warm again. I highly recommend this company for all of your A/C needs and I learned that they also offer plumbing services.

They were very thorough and took pictures of everything and then proceeded to walk me through what I was looking at. We will absolutely be using them in the future.Update:One day after Devry and John showed us the available systems, Cowboys and Nick got it installed. One day later! They were as professional and helpful as can be. Devry preached the installation is 80% of what makes a system run good and Cowboy and Nick went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my family will have cold and hot air whenever we need to. I can not be more impressed with them.

    Chuck was at my house within 30 minutes of my initial call to Evan’s. Went over several options that were available for a new hot water heater. Explained each one. Made my decision and he went to pick up the new hot water heater and had it installed in 2 hours. I don’t how long it had been overflowing, it’s in the garage. Found it spewing water Christmas morning. He let me know if I take my repair invoice to the City of Tyler water department they will adjust my bill if necessary. I will use them again.

    Evans Air did a fantastic job with removing our old heat pumps and installing a new Lennox heatpump system in our home as well as a Diakin mini-split in our boathouse.Robert was our sales guy. The quote was accurate and was exactly what we wanted for our home.Cowboy and Chris did the installs. They were on time and installed everything in 2 days. They came when they said they would and were done when they said they would be.The installs were professionally done and everything is operating as good as we hoped. I have 2 heat pumps, a 3 ton for the bedrooms and a 5 ton for the main part of the house. Today was a service maintenance checkup, not a repair visit. Mike did a thorough inspection and write up of his findings. He was friendly, engaged, answered my questions and made friends with my little barking dog. My house was kept clean as he put on shoe covers every time he walked in the house. No immediate issues to address but he did give me a couple of options to think about for the future.     From start to finish, the Evans crew were amazing!I called Monday afternoon when I discovered my AC wasnt working, within a few hours Devry showed up and diagnosed my issue and let me know that I needed a new AC. He was very thorough and had a lot of pictures to show me to prove what parts were bad. He also took the time to offer ALL the options I could go through, what could happen short/long term, and timeline of each option. Ultimately I decided that replacing everything was in my best interest, so Devry got me schedule for first thing Wednesday morning.This is where Shawn & CJ come in, who were equally as amazing as Devry. They showed up on-time (actually, a few minutes early) and immediately got to work. They were professional, courteous, and answered several of my questions. They cleaned up after themselves so other than not sweating in my house, I cant even tell they were here! There were even some duct and plumbing things that werent super pretty and they took the time to correct them, clean them up, and make everything look presentable even though they were functional the way they were.Overall, Im so glad I called Evans to take care of me and will definitely be solely using them going forward!

    Absolutely the best. Great work, and even painted the furnace closet prior to putting everything back in. Also it happens to be the hottest day of the year so it had to be unreal in the attic but they still persisted and got the work done. Their attention to detail and their transparency is outstanding. I had a water heater replaced and a new hvac system put in, they updated and made safe many wires and connectors as it’s an older home.     Chris and Tyler came out and installed my American Standard heat pump system today and they did a great job. They were very professional and informative. They each had their own part of the job to do so they werent working on top of each other iheartand explained everything to me as they were doing the work and went over it again when they completed the job.
