So, I work from home and have for the past 15 years or so. My office has 3 exterior walls and tons of heat-generating equipment. So, I couldnt close my doors due to the heat and had to run fans non-stop. This is not ideal when you are on business calls and kids/family are living in close proximity. In addition, the AC was configured poorly by Casa Mechanical, we couldnt ever get the air balanced upstairs and down. If you know anything about Casa....it wasnt great. So, I called Travis and Hector at EAP. Let me tell you, you wont find more honest and hard-working men in the business. They reconfigured my house and now the temperature upstairs and downstairs is the same, with a split unit. And in my office, they installed an LG mini-split controlled by a real Ecobee thermostat. So no messing with a remote, I can set it and forget it and uses all the real smart controls. In addition, they installed an amazing access panel in the garage to access the backside of the unit. It was done right, clean, on time, and on budget. Whenever you have work done, its about trust, and I cant imagine two more trustworthy men than Travis and Hector. Give them a call...they will really take good care of you.

EAP gets 5 stars from me! They replaced my HVCA, costly and in a timely manor. I also, some how, brought up my allergies and they recommended a air purifier. It has helped tremendously. The smell (my house didn’t smell bad) is fresh, little to no dust and my allergies have improved. I truly appreciate their professional service will be using them if and when the time comes again.
